I purchased a dress for a wedding. Unfortunately the dress was significantly different to the picture on the Hello Molly website and of poor quality and cheap looking; not something you'd wear to a wedding. It was very crinkled (the dress online looked crisp) and a different colour to the picture online which was a beautiful blue. The dress that arrived was a dull, aqua colour, leaning towards a more on the green side.

This is my first time ordering from Hello Molly and it will also be my last! There is a massive thread that is hanging at the back of the dress that has caused a large and obvious pull in the fabric. If I were to cut or try to remove it, I can see that it will leave a huge hole. Also, the dress is meant to be covered in sequins, but when I pulled it out of the bag today, way too many sequins fell off it and there are small patches on the dress without sequins now. I purchased a gorgeous dress from Hello Molly and was so excited to wear it. I ensured I purchased it well and truly before I needed it to allow for shipping delays. Once I received the dress, I opened the package and immediately saw an orange mark on the front of the sky blue dress - it appears like a rust mark. I contacted the customer service team where I was offered a refund, or reimbursement for costs to have the dress repaired up to $20. I was looking for a last minute dress which I needed to wear for a wedding as a guest. I found the site online and they deliver within 24 hours after purchase. The delivery company informs you when they pick up the parcel and when they are headed your way and when they have arrived. The dress looks amazing. I was worried it won't fit, but it was perfect. Very complimenting. I'll be a repeat costumer for sure!

This is the second time I've ordered from Hello Molly within the space of about a year. The first time - I bought a dress. The dress arrived in a relatively quick time frame, but the quality of the dress was terrible for how much it was worth. It looked awful on too. Felt like the advertising was false. (I might add I don't think my body type is difficult to look good in clothes) I go to the gym 4-5 times a week and I have a small waist and some curves. Needless to say - I had to pay to send it back, only to be given store credit to have to buy...

This was the first time ordering online with Hello Molly. I was a bit nervous at first, but after reading some good reviews online I decided to go ahead with my purchase. The package arrived on time (as advertised) and the size for my dresses were perfect. I absolutely love the style of these 2 dresses I bought, I feel absolutely beautiful and more importantly...comfortable in it. The dresses fit perfect and my family loves the way it looks on me. The material is stretchy which is what I prefer, and the colour/beads is worth it for the price. I cannot wait to wear it on my friends wedding. Totally addicted to this store. They have new dresses weekly and they also redo styles and let you know when they become available. I'm totally obsessed and they know how to make a woman feel beautiful. It's so difficult finding fashion that caters for my age (late 50's). It's all here. I'm always asked where I buy my clothes from and I'm always excited to tell them where! Sizing is perfect and always fits. Such a wide range of dresses. Frankie made my return process so quick and easy. A couple of items did not work out for me and I was offered a store refund. I emailed staying I'd prefer a refund to the card I paid with, and Frankie was very efficient in resolving my concern. My daughter is shopping for cute dresses for college. After purchasing many, I returned some because they were too big. Time passed, so I reached out to @Maggie at Hello Molly through email. Maggie utilized patience and was time efficient in providing me with information and the store credit I wanted. I gotta admit, I made some mistakes in my return process. Maggie was so sweet about my mistakes and provided my daughter a % off code too. - no way !!! No one is that kind anymore.
