I ordered two minimizing bras from this company and all I can say is: BEWARE!!! I ordered my normal size (which I have ordered from at least 3 other manufacturers without fit issues) but neither fit properly. There were gaps on one option and the second one was too small overall. When attempting to return, they advised items cannot be returned for "sanitary reasons". IF they aren't going to offer a return option (especially on bras) they should be required to state that up front! They offered me a 20% refund which would have amounted to less than $20 on an $80+ purchase...OH and they didn't want the merchandise back...WHAT DOES THAT TELL US???
SCAM! I ordered two bras a month ago. They kept telling me they are on their way. When I told them tracking showed no such package waiting for delivery they said they were out of stock and would refund my money. They have not and are now ignoring my emails.
Would give zero stars if it was possible. Sized bras using their chart & they were way too big. Contacted "customer service" & got zero help, I couldn't return or e change - despite 2 of the 3 items in their original unopened packaging. Have sent 8 follow up emails with ZERO response. Terrible product & company.
Follow-up · Update - have now sent 21 emails with no reply. Was supposed to recieve a 40% refund but noone will now answer my emails or give me my partial refund. Zero customer service or care. Poor quality garments. Do not buy from this company.

Update - nearly 30 emails sent as I refuse to give up. Finally after nearly 3 months I recieve a reply. They won't offer any sort of partial refund as the time period has run out..... because I hadn't received any replies to any of my emails in this time! Unbelievable. Buy at your own peril. Terrible quality products with even worse customer service. Waste of time & money.
Be really careful with this company. I bought two minimising bras size 36DD/E about a month ago. They fitted really well. I thought I would buy a sports bra. They offered the same size, and said it was true to size so I purchased it. When i (finally) received it, it was labeled as a Medium, and was much smaller both in the cup and band size. The fabric is extremely thin and would be incapable of stopping a wobble. I contacted Hilaine who said the Spots Bras is a slightly snugger fit for better support, but this was cutting into my breast and very tight around the band! It just did not fit!!!! Scrolling down the purchase page it said ‘If youre not completely satisfied simply send it back within 60 days for a refund. No hassle just peace of mind’, but that is actually not the case. MISLEADING. In the correspondence they sent me it says ‘Due to hygiene and sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns for intimate apparel such as bras, unless it is defective’. Also they say if I was to send it back I would have to send it back to China at my cost and pay a restocking fee. I will be lucky to get anything back and have ended up with this cheap Chinese ill fitting bra. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!!! Oh, and when I pointed out the differences in their policies to them, they have not replied!!!!!!!!!!
Follow-up · The bras took about 6 weeks to arrive. They come from China. They are really cheaply made! I emailed them regarding sending the bra back and getting an exchange or refund and I have never heard back. I have contacted them about this several times….NOTHING! They are scammers. Don’t deal with them. If you want to try their bras I would go through Amazon…not Hilaine.
