So far so good.
Its been over six months and I have no complaints. Its quite on the run and have yet to experience any noise coming out of it. It is easy to clean and keeps the food well chilled (vegetables crisp). ts good space wise as well and love the sleek design.
Nice fridge, for two months.
We bought this fridge January 2017 and had to hire scaffolding and demolish an external wall, balcony railing and remove doors to get it in, which was fine, you get this with new fridges in older houses, we loved the design and the price was great compared to others.
Within a week of unboxing it the door seal had a tear (January 30th) and it was three weeks before a tech came to fix it (February 19th), hisense sent him the wrong seal. Almost a month later (March 17th), with no communication, hisense sent us a text saying we'd been approved ...for a replacement, since it was just a seal we decided to just have it repaired instead of going through the ordeal of getting it out of our house, which we called to tell them (March 27th) after 5 business days we still hadn't heard from the tech who is supposed to contact us within 48 hours and by this time our fridge had stopped cooling (March 31st). We called April 1st to alert Hisense to the fridge failing. Technician arrived April 4th, hisense had again provided an incorrect seal and the technician was not familiar with hisense fridges as he is a Samsung tech. Fridge was 17 degrees when it was set to 2, one freezer was -10 and the other -9, both set to -18. He advised us to get a refund as it likely has an electrical fault related to the main board. We called hisense immediately after he had left, they asked if we had had a hisense tech look at it after we explained the tech was a Samsung tech and we explained that we've only had techs they organised, they had taken a replacement off the table until they heard from the technician, who had to drive 300km to us. We are fortunate to have a large esky and separate freezer, but we had already lost several hundred in food and medication as we had recently done a big shop with enough food to last us for most of a month (it's 70km to the nearest supermarket). It is a beautiful fridge, quiet and it did keep food fresh for a long time, but a two month old fridge shouldn't stop working. We called Hisense multiple times for two days and they told us they didn't have a resolution and we couldn't speak to the people who decide on a resolution but they would definitely contact us that day (this is false information, as we can speak to management, but not one of the reps would put us through and told us to just email, no one ever called us until we emailed). At 4:45 pm, April 5th, the management had gone home so we couldn't speak to anyone and hisense didn't seem to understand that the tech they sent didn't repair it, because he didn't know how to repair a Hisense fridge, and our food is still spoiling. It took two days of calling and harassing Hisense to get any form of resolution (April 6th) - a store return. They will only provide $300 worth of compensation despite us having hundreds more in medications and food lost, we are out of food and have nowhere to store food or those medications so I now have a systemic infection going uncontrolled since I cannot store the medication anywhere. ACCC guidelines say compensation should put you in the position you would have been in if the goods worked as they should have, but Hisense has told us to go to VCAT if we want that, their general attitude has been terrible since they realised we wanted a refund so we could buy a different brand.
Only had the fridge for under 2 weeks but so far works ok.
Still trying to work out if the temperature isnt working properly as it was on -18 for the freezer and had a bottle of water in there overnight and didnt fully freeze it so put it down to -23.
Space wise its a good design with extra compartments in the freezer doors
At the moment pretty happy with it and love the sleek glass door design
Great looking fridge
It is a really good fridge that works properly and holds a lot of things in it.It is easy to clean and maintain,is quiet to run.The only thing wrong is I can't get the fridge light to work at all which makes it hard to see in it at times..
Beautiful glass front design good bang for your buck
Bought this 3 months ago and overall pretty happy, Nice glass shelves, door shelves are very plasticky and will break over time (but all fridges have this issue these days) overall i love the outside design of the fridge and internal size. i have found that the milk in the door shelves goes off before the expiry and i have had to adjust the temperature down below the recommended settings, it seems the temperature spread to the doors isnt great as a standard setting . after adjusting down the temperature the milk is holding up in the last 2 week...s. i think this is due to the power save setting on the fridge to get the star ratings which you will likely need to fettle with to get it how you want it. Freezer works a treat and no complaints. After researching this brand with many different sales people they all said that Hisense has been a great product with little issues or returns and great bang for your buck. Done deal.

Questions & Answers
Need to know how to change temperatures on both fridge and freezers, cannot find instruction book .... HELP please!
Have had this fridge 8 months and the fires drives me mad! Was fine till couple months ago .
If I open fridge doors partly they will automatically close which it’s meant to but if I open fully the left one will stay open unless I nudge it to close but the right one no matter what I do will not stay open ! And it doesn’t just glide shut , it slams with force as soon as I let go. It never used to do this and I hadn’t touched it . It drives me mad trying load the fridge and juggle getting things out with one hand!
Have tried everything. Have leveled fridge , lowered front feet , raised front feet, emptied contents from door, even moved to different floor and still the same! Rang Hisense and all he kept saying was it’s meant to close and if you don’t want it to lower the front feet. I’ve done that!
Anyone else have the same issue?
I have exactly the same problem with the right door on mine.
I bought mine from Mitchell and Brown in January 2017 and have had the problem from day one.
I see other reviewers have said they have not had any problems.
