Best washer for 8kgs loads
I am a single person with a few friends visiting and staying over. This machine is very quiet and has a 20 min 40 degree cycle which cleans my clothes beautifully. I use the Mix cycle (59 mins) for towels and sheets on cold. Purchased from JB HiFi Erina with great included delivery for $549. Harvey Norman/Domaine were $50 more exxy and wanted $70 to deliver. Great value machine! I have other Hisense products. They provide exceptional quality and value!

You get what you pay for
The only reason I gave it a 3 star instead of 2 is the price point which seems affordable, however I have a few things I do not like about this washing machine. Firstly being the noise.. it is incredibly loud and sounds like an aeroplane taking off. I really do not like the cycle options at all. I am use to an LG that has a quick 30 cycle, however this washing machine only offers a quick 15 which it is not 15 min, more like 30-45 min and the other cycle options display '1 hr+' are more like 2 hours + long. I find this annoying that it incorrect...
Read morely displays the time left on the cycle. I have also found on the quick 15 cycle, I feel as though the clothes are not particularly as clean and smell a bit damp almost (even when using fabric softener and detergent) If you can stretch your budget, I do think LG or Bosche would be a better option, however it is not a terrible washing machine if your after a cheaper alternative and have time to wait out the 2 hour long washes.Purchased in July 2019 at Harvey Norman for $495.00.

Hi there - I'm trying to work out the best setting to use for a load of washing when I have a mix of different clothes - just purched this new machine - nothing in the user manual lets me know

There is a 55 min cycle called Mix. I use it for soiled jeans, towels, sheets, tea towels. I use quick 15min fast wash for 30 mins for lightly soiled clothing. Just press right side temp button twice for extra time on fast wash.

Does this hisense washer machine HWFM8012 has hot water inlet? At the back is only for cold water? Can I put a Y adapter so it can use cold and hot water.
