Keeps dropping signal and says weak or no signal
I have had a Hisense 32series four smart for about 7 months. On all the channels it keeps dropping signal and says weak or bad signal. I initially thought it was the antenna but another tv does not drop signal on the same antenna. Bit disappointed but as I was really happy in the beginning with it.

I purchased a 75R6 in June 2019 and it failed to turn on by early October.
A new unit was sent out after a week or 2 but the first night watching i noticed the image had a white dot visible when the screen was dark.
i was told to take photos of the whole TV with the TV on and off and send them away.
after sending the photos off i was told they need me to cycle through a specific process taking photos along the way and then send them off which i did.

worst tv ever
i brought the tv in march and have had problems nearly every 2 months had to reboot the tv twice then had to have new software installed via usb now its the onlt tv out of 3 smart tvs that the internet cuts out password never works or just has no signal for normal tv seems like u fix one problem to then have another i have ask tech support to replace or have a look at it as its not working properly but there no help very disappointed with hisense you would think after buying a new tv from jbhifi in march i wouldnt of had any problems yet or if i did they would of been fixed and that would of been it but no its just a waste of time DONT BUY A 55 INCH HISENSE TV
In the course of 4 years I had 3 different Hisense TVs fail, each with its own unique problem. Customer service is helpful and they offered to replace the TV every time, but the hassle and inconvenience is not worth it.
I don't expect a TV to last a lifetime, but I do not expect to get a new TV on a yearly basis either. I have no more faith in this brand.
We purchased a 70" screen hisense TV. It came with a 3 year warranty,. We were extremely happy with the quality of picture however one month before the warranty expired the Screen developed a thin Blue Line vertically in the centre. We lodged a report with the local service provider and third response was Swift and efficient. As there were no screens to fit being made anymore, Hisense. Provided a completely new model in 75" to replace our faulty one.l cannot praise this maker or the product high enough, we will only ever buy Hisense TVs from here on and highly recommend hisense to everyone, great product at an excellent price.
TV died after 3 years and 4 months
No red light at all .Tried troubleshooting according with the web searching but not working with my case.
The timing is a little bit awkward as the warranty is 3 years....We have a SONY for more than 10 years and still work well.
Contacted with seller and Hisense service hot line 1800 xxx xxx. No happy result.Contacted with ACCC today and still waiting for follow up.

After Sales Service Is Pathetic
I bought a brand new Hisense 49 inch Smart TV on 22nd August 2019. It went 6 weeks before the picture went blank. I contacted the warranty hotline and it was a week before a technician was sent out to look at the set. The technician spent about an hour on it before deciding it was a part that he did not have that was faulty and this part had to be ordered in. So I waited another week for the part to arrive, the technician came back and after further investigation concluded that a module had failed and the set was unrepairable so he submitted a ...report that a replacement TV was in order, that had to come from Melbourne, I couldn't get a replacement from the local store I bought it from. It is now the 20th October and I am still waiting for the replacement set to arrive, Hisense have told me it will be Monday the 21st. So I have been waiting 7 weeks since the set failed and still waiting for an outcome, will never buy another Hisense product again.
Do yourself a favour and dont ever purchase a hisense product
Purchased a Hisense TV late June and 2 months in there was an issue with the back light. Hisense have said they are unable to repair and therefore under warranty they will replace TV. It been a month and still waiting for replacement. Ive contacted customer care and no one has been able to help in any productive way. Customer care is non existent.
Poor Customer service
It seems like their customer service department couldn't care less about helping customers. My TV is still under warranty if I'm not mistaken (3 years I believe) and I've only had it for 2 and a half and it started getting what I call clouds in the screen. I just got told without any one physically accessing the TV, that it's a limitation in the LCD technology and not a manufacturing fault and if i wanted to escalate the matter further I had to email another department. How can you not offer to have someone to not at least come and have a look ...and physically access it before saying that while it's still in the warranty period? I'm not impressed at all, I actually feel like returning the TV to where I purchased it from and paying a little more for a more reputable brand. Not only did I contact the store where I purchased it from, they said they'd even pass my details onto their Hisense sales rep so that they could get in contact with me and this was well over a week ago. I can't say that I'd ever recommend a Hisense product to anyone at all after the lack of customer service I have received, its not like I'm asking for a replacement, all I want is for someone to come and have a look at my TV and fix it. Not impressed at all.
My fr/freezer was a dud from day 1, but I had to go thru the process, wait for parts, wait and get mucked around for repairs, wait by the phone. Then totally ignored for another 2 wks, no one wanted to talk to me. Finally after me chasing it was decided to give me replacement number. I then emailed proof of purchase and bank details for $150 for food loss. What a relief, finally this ordeal was almost over.
Until that is, I get a call from Retra Vision a few hrs later. Your fr/freezer is now discontinued and cannot be replaced!

I have a 40R4 TV bought from HN on 7 Nov 2019. Can anyone explain why, once a week, when changing the channel or checking the EPG one ends up with a black screen? Yet it magically works again when the power is turned off at the wall and the TV restarted. Thank God we will not have to put up with Chinese crap in the future.
Crap tv...I’ve had one replaced and the ‘updated’ version still does the same! Still under warranty..they would like a technician to ‘have a look’ no thank you!!!

Hi Ralph , you are only able to remove the film off our OLED range. Model 55R7 you will not be able to.
