I have Legee 7 that is not working. There’s a voice message saying hardware error. I don’t know where to even start to fix the problem. Any help would be appreciated!
Hi I have been using a Legee 7 for over a year and really love it. recently I have had an issue where it will start cleaning then stop and an error message will pop up on the app. The error Code is 0X46. I have seen previously that this might be a Lidar issue, but I can't see anywhere explaining how I can resolve this issue. Any help would be great.
0X46 is associate to Lidar. Check if the LiDAR cover sensor is working properly by pushing the top of the LiDAR sensor cover, it should bunce back smoothly. Also, you may use a dry mop to wipe over the Lidar, to make sure there is no abnormal thing such as spider web is around it. If the Lidar cannot bounce back correctly or you still cannot solve the issue after quick maintencne, please contact Robot My Life for repair: support@mail.robotmylife.ladesk.com
Good day. My Hobot legee is about 2 years old. Suddenly it only works for about 2 minutes and then stops. It's battery is fully loaded as far as I can see. DG

My Legee think that the water tank is empty. I replaced the water nozzles but no change
1) Please turn on LEGEE and let it operate for a bit while after filling in the water, then the water tank indication on the App will turn green. 2) There is also a button on the App that can be pressed to test the water spray functions. - If water tank is full and water is spraying while the App keeps reporting empty, you may replace the nozzles. However, if you have done the replacement and still not work, please contact the service center for further assistance. - If wanter tank is full but water is not spraying while the App keeps reporting empty, you may check and clear the water lid on the water tank. Or please contact the service center for further assistance.

Customer Service is erratic, to say the least. And when they do answer, it is to say they are waiting for a reply from the Tech Department. The business is chaotic and very badly run. ☹

Anyone else? I experiencing exactly the same: went downhill with a software update and the robot lost its brain, totally confused and useless now, company kept saying it works well. How??
We had legee 7 broke down twice I less than 6 months of time frame! (Purchased last year Oct)And no luck with customer service when we first send it back (Dec 2021) and no words from them for 3 months and now it's broken again and we are waiting for "tech department" response. My robot life company is horrible.
No reply to email very frustrating! If anyone from the company is reading these reviews or post from Legee support can you please give everyone some useful support please. This is not good for your product reviews and at the moment my friends who are asking me what I think and should they purchase this product the answer is NO.
I’ve recently bought the D8 . It was washing and backing until I moved the station then it scooted around but wasn’t washing and wouldn’t charge . I decided this has to be returned as it seemed to be all too difficult . I’ve just had a thought maybe it lost its wi connection being moved and yes this seems to be the issue . It’s now charging so I’ll try it in the morning if I still have issues it’s going back !

Questions for Legee7 owners! 1. All videos I've seen of it operating don't much show how well it manoeuvres around objects. Does it bump into things often? We have white skirting and don't want scuff marks all over them. 2. Sliding glass doors. I've seen robot vac reviews that say sliding glass doors confuse them and every room in our house has glass sliding doors to outside. It appears the sensor on the Legee7 is on top of the machine so might be "looking" above the level of the window surround. Will this be a problem? 3. We have flooring that we prefer not to get overly wet. Can you select the level of spray for the mopping function? Thanks so much!
1. It has a bumper on it and it somehow gently presses up against surfaces like skirting boards while it learns the boundary. It doesn’t move too quickly so I guess that is why it doesn’t leave marks on everything it touches. I have white skirting boards too :)
2. I didn’t know glass sliding doors confuse robot vacs. But Legee just touches it gently as it cleans. I just recently got light see through sheers installed over the sliding doors. Without changing any settings on the cleaning map, I was impressed to see it didn’t even touch the curtains and just went around them.
3. I have laminate flooring so can’t get it too wet either. I put fresh dry pads on, then use standard mode with the Legee cleaning solution. I haven’t played around with a personalised setting but you can.
Note; I have a couple door mats at the entrances (temporarily until everything outside is complete) I just need to move those when running Legee otherwise Legee will run over them. It comes with 2 sets of pads. I reckon it cleans best with a new pad everyday so highly recommend getting more pads so you can just put them all in the washing machine once a week. So I bought 5 extra, best thing I did.
Has anyone used this cleaner on gloss porcelain tiles… does it leave any streaks at all and does it manoeuvre around chairs and tables OK?
I have high gloss floors and I was told it would be perfect,… its not , it streaks every time i use the mop, and I change the mop pad after each use which is 3 times a week. I don’t know the solution.

Yes the mop pads are reusable. I have 7 and I changes them after every use.
How well does it transition from carpet to tiles/wooden flooring? Have rugs as well...will it cope with this?
I have a persian-type thick rug (prob 2cmH) and it can't climb on it... It's a bit sad but it's also fine with us, because this is the TV area, we have tv stand, couch, side table etc a lot of obstacles. So, it's much faster to actually just hand vacuum it. Normally I use a combined program of Legee Dry vacuum and Wet mop (the latter won't be good for carpet). If you have a lot of carpet space, this might not be the best.
OK, thanks. May need to reconsider this product then as I have combo of carpet/ floorboards + rugs.
I think it depends, i have a 40mm high memory foam mat (4 metersx2meters) in my living room (i have a toddler :) and legee happily climbes on to it and switches from mop+vacuum to vacuum only.
I did have to remove it for the mapping process though
