Be cautious
We booked beginning of January 2020 for south coast. Our booking coincided with the shut down of that area due to the tragic bushfires. They straight up refused to give a refund but would allow a rebooking during non peak period. We agreed to this and booked for end of March. Then Covid19 happened and at the time the PMs advice was to avoid all non essential travel, including holidays. This was a public health issue and they refused to refund the amount again. They said we could rebook but would have to pay an upfront $150 admin fee. We refused...
Read more to pay that because both times it was not our fault but due to government public safety policy. We've had enough of this company, we understand they are licensed agents so would expect more professionalism. We've lost a thousand dollars but they've lost a valuable future return customer forever. Plenty of other decent operators to choose from.Questions & Answers
