Phone connects to unit and updates ok but keeps stating that it won’t operate because the battery need replacing even though I put a new one in and the battery displays full bars in the top of the screen on app.
My btx6vhas stopped connecting to Wi-Fi so I can't update my Wi-Fi is deffenetly working I even changed the battery in the unit please help
My btx6 turns off after a few seconds in both manual and schedule watering.

Hi Brad, give Holman a call, they will look after you. I had the same issue with mine and they replaced it without question.
Hi I purchased your product from bunnings approximately 15 months ago and it now has failed with solenoids only operating for 5secs-1min in duration on auto and in manual. How do I go about getting a new unit or refund as this product supposedly has a 3 year warranty??
Hi Luke, I had the same issues with my BTX6 which I took back to Bunnings and they replaced it no questions asked. The second also failed so I gave Holman a call and sent a replacement unit straight away. They do offer great after sales care and I am now happy with my new unit.
Hi Luke, I have had two BTX6 units fail, the second one was while we were away for 4 weeks and we lost so many plants in this dry weather. Holman will replace the unit, but what's the point if the next one fails as well? They do not address the basic fault with their system, and fix it once and for all. That's why I asked for a refund and bought another brand entirely.
I have the same issue as the others, unit worked fine to begin with, now it shuts down 5 seconds after it starts for no apparent reason.
HI I have a Holman BTX6 and it has been working fine for the last 6 months with no issues, but I have noticed in the last week and after some testing today I have found the controller starts each of the zones as expected but only runs them for aprox 5 seconds then shuts off, I have deleted, reinstalled and reprogrammed with the same problem, I have also tried running manually thru the controller with same issu of shutting off the zone within a few seconds, can you advise what the issue might be please

Got one of your btx6. In manual mode can start the zone but will not stop. In auto the same problem all zones start but they will not stop.

Hi It was working all fine and then the app asked to update the firmware which keeps failing and my lights now wont work and keeps flickering. Not happy with this. Any help?

Can the BTX6 be hardwired?
Hello, yes it can be hardwire but please be aware that this must be done by an electrician and if at any time you need to remove it this will also need to be done by an electrician and the cost is not covered by warranty.
Do you offer a bluetooth booster? to get greater range than 20m.
You may need to ask Holman about that. We installed the unit 5 months ago and could not be happier. We are a purchaser of the product not the supplier.
There is a learning curve with the unit. Once the program has been change there is a small menu button Calle Update Unit. This is important as it saves the new settings.
