My husband and I are thrilled with the experience we had building our new home! From start to finish everyone was upfront, honest and very friendly. We felt we knew what was going on at every step of the way. Deciding to build a house was a huge and scary step for us, but everyone was so accomodating and helped us feel at ease with our decisions, I honestly wish we did it sooner.

I actually started building my house with Blake Garvey at Homebuyers by accidentally walking into the wrong display home.

Talking to Blake was very insightful, as at the time I'd put together an idea of what kind of house I wanted and to hope for the best Finance wise. By the end of my short accidental meeting however, Blake had educated me on the finance/buying/build process, what the current financial options were and set up another time to meet and go over some ideas he'd thrown together.

The assistance of the financial setting up and help I received through pre start was above my expectations,most grateful to all office staff who played a roll.
The management of construction under the supervision of regional supervisor Daniel Coleman and site supervisor Slade Brown Eaves once the house went to site construction was always going to be in good hands, both personnel having an eye for detail.
The quality of workmanship through out the build was second to none by all trades

I’ve owned my home buyers centre home from around 7 years now.
I reported to yourselves before the home reached 7 years old that there were a number of cracks in the walls and tiles. Your customer service representative basically told me that there was nothing they could do due to age of the house and they were no longer responsible.

Most disappointing and frustrating Building Experience. This is the second time I have been left disappointed with the end product and service after building with a Dale Alcock company.

We met with [name removed] a salesman from the Homebuyers center after looking at their designs on line. We said we previously built with another one of the Dale Alcock’s Company’s and where left disappointed with the process and issues we had during that build. It’s a remarkable achievement for us. But that was not done alone. EXPECT DELAYS Sales guy promised a lot, from my experience take a note book to every sales meeting. Everything you want and are important to you, write them down and if they agree that they will make it happen get them to sign and date because oh boy, I wish I had. Once you’ve signed that contract you’re done. One of the main things we went with HomeBuyers was due to fixed site costs. This meant that we did not have any surprises during the build. From the beginning Jonathan our sales rep kept us informed during the process, Jon the building manager during the build, and Cora our liaison. The quality of the build is great, small amount of issues like marks and stuff on the walls (which I’m sure everyone gets) and they were fixed quickly.

Our building journey with Homebuyers Centre WA has been enjoyable, smooth and great from start to finish.

We are very happy with the quality and finishes of our home. The total cost stayed within our budget and we did not have any unexpected costs. The build was also completed earlier than expected.

We never thought we would be able to own our own home. Out of curiosity, I submitted an enquiry to the homebuyers website and Paul our consultant contacted me within 15 minutes after 8pm on a Sunday night.

By Tuesday, we had a meeting, Saturday signed up and then we had to get our finance sorted. It took longer then expected as Keystart are very detail orientated but in the end, Dillion from Resolve Finance (homebuyers partner company) got us a way better deal with a Bank directly.
