I was a little Apprehensive about the whole building process and have heard some horror stories.
But Claire has been amazing she has gone through the process in great detail and has answered
any questions I have had. Her Professionalism Knowledge and customer service has been out standing and has kept well in formed of progress. I have no hesitation in recommending Her.

As a first home buyer/builder, the level of professionalism and customer service has been phenomenal. Right from my first meeting with Claire Callard of homebuyers centre has been terrific. But not to go unmentioned is also Louise Napier from resolve finance for her conbribution to the help and financial advice i have obtained from her throughout my application progress. This is my first time building with Homebuyers Centre and building as a whole. I have Claire as my consultant and she has been absolutely fantastic. She has made me feel so comfortable and confident with the whole process - she has clearly explained everything that is involved. I appreciate the frequent follow ups as it has been giving me the reassurance, knowing that everything is going well. Claire is very patient, thorough, easy to talk to and approachable. I’m still in the early stages and am looking forward to the months to come!

Richard was very helpful and supportive during the presales process. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a very professional, honest, and way. He made the contract process very easy. My house now is under construction and I cannot wait to see the final product. So far, I am happy with the speed of the construction and the company's team. The only comment I have is the options for interior designs are limited. I wish if they can provide more options for the interior design (i.e. more door handles options, more colors for the ceramic, more options for the doors, light switches...etc).

I originally sent a request for more information and Damien called me straight away to answer my questions. The whole process was amazing, with Damien providing me with all the information and some great inclusions. Eilidh made prestart a stress free environment and was extremely helpful with the colour and design processes. Cora has been keeping me updated throughout the whole construction journey with every part of the process communicated. A great team with a lot of knowledge in each area to be helping me achieve my goals of home ownership.

Since the first meeting with Jess Scalise she has gone above and beyond to help me through the building process. From securing the land in the area I wanted to helping me design the house all within my budget. She truly cares about her clients and has taken the stress off building!

Dan worked hard managing mine and a friends build.. he swiftly replies and answers all questions in great detail.. no matter how pointless or repetitive, he assured me and made sure I knew exactly what I needed to know. I can’t thank you enough mate, for making a process I chose to take on in a short time so easy to deal with.

Luke and Tynaya at Homebuyers Centre have been absolutely amazing. Through such busy times, they have both been on call at all hours of the day and are always available to answer any questions we have about the building process. No matter how busy they have been, they have always made sure that we are on track and understand exactly what point of the process we are at, giving us all the help and guidance we need. They have always kept us up to date and cleared up any confusions we have along the way. We feel incredibly lucky that we got given Luke and Tynaya for our building process.
