I recently traded my car in on a 2014 Mondeo wagon and was impressed with the professionalism demonstrated by Sam Young and team. After lunch, when I appeared with no prior notice, he facilitated the deal on the Mondeo which had only just arrived, including inspection, cleaning, paper-work, insurance etc. and I drove it back to Jurien Bay on the same day, with bluetooth tuned in courtesy of Sam. Thank you!
I have never satisfied with Honda Toowong Brisbane.
My car doesn't working "stop an d go", So I booked with Honda Toowong two weeks ago because they are always making me upset. They needed me to change a new battery. However, my current battery is working as well. That's why I emailed(3rd of September) the male staff who is A*** that I w ant to keep current battery. He has never replied me til today. And today(17th of September) I went and wanted to keep my battery. But he didn't accept it. Even though, he didn't check my email til today. Additionally, the mechanic had test drive with my car af...ter change battery, they didn't use a disposable car seat cover. Usually every car service has to use disposable seat cover. I visit every six months time and they give us upset. The staff J*** is afraid of Google review but he has never afraid of customers. Today, I am upset as usual from Honda Toowong with A***

fraud and Cheating by Formula Honda
Formula Honda has nice formula to cheat customer, I have bought CRV from, salesman was [name removed], I asked about cap service, He confirmed me cap service will be in place for your car, then I have sign purchase contract, at day of car delivery, [name removed] given me papers that mention price $295 for next 10 services, and said me all set in systems. I have witness and papers too, which I have uploaded here. when went for first car service and asked about that I have been replied very rudely by service man and manager [name removed], tha...t we don't do cap services, they do tailored service, I am not concern that, I have been given advice that price won’t change By [name removed] than I have bought car, this is big cheating, when times comes to apply they raise their hand. So, they got nice formula to tempted ppl to buy car and letter on change it & do not accept, now they were telling they didn’t give me papers and saying if we give u papers then show us, that is again insulting. I have tried until today but [name removed] saying that show me papers, [name removed] here is attached. I will take my right things and taking further legal action for cheating & fraud. I kindly request all brothers & sisters of Adelaide please do not put yourself to formula Honda, there are plenty of dealer to buy your choice car, that is my moral duty to inform community so you will be not cheated by formula Honda. Until today with peace and respect I have tried to resolve it, but formula Honda keep their ego and doesn't do any reasonable action and try to say all time we didn't give you anything. I don’t have any choice but going further legal action. Please don’t allowed them to cheat you.

The process of buying this vehicle was the smoothest ever experienced and Josh and his very professional team answered our questions without the 'normal' blurb.
The handover was both precise and adequate as we are not first new car purchasers.

Brighton Honda- HONDA Cars
I purchased a new CRV 2018. When I picked it Delivery guy was not professional at all, Given review to HONDA , no one cares. Sales man Lied while selling the car.
There is a noise when you brake. Not recommending this car to any one. Charges premium car price for 2010 technology no sensor even invoice says its got Im sensor , No idea what to do.
I was excited to buy this car, now dont even want to drive.
Torque Honda were Brilliant!
Most recently we purchased a second Honda CRVs & this time chose Torque Honda North Lakes. There is a guy there called Matthew Hawkes. Importantly he listened to what we required. Yes it was as we requested, a swift straight forward business transaction. We were happy with the price discussion & importantly, right until the end, the level of service from Torque Honda North Lakes was exceptional. If you’re buying a Honda in Brisbane, I recommend you consider Torque Honda for both price & service.
Southside Honda servicing overpriced
We’ve always had our Honda Euro serviced at a Honda service centre. The Cleveland centre were always reasonably priced and efficient. The Southside centre at the Gabba is very different. The last few services they have advised of the need to replace the alternator, need for new tyres and a new battery. We were told in a quite demanding tone that we shouldn’t drive the car due to the alternator. On leaving the service centre, we had the alternator checked by two separate mechanics who both advised it was fine and also that the tyres were still ok. Have not and will not go back to Honda.
Honda don't care about your safety 2018 CRV
I purchased a new CRV 2018. When I picked it up it had a noise when you turn the steering. Clunking and clicking.
Was told that they would look at it on the 1st service. Took it in and they couldn't find what the noise was and said turn the radio up it's just a little noise.
Every time I have had the car serviced I keep asking about the noise and they kept saying they can't find it.
I asked if it was safe and they said it should be as the problem is only when you turn the car at lower speed. Asked for it in writing and they said they can't...
Never Ever Ever buy from these guys - and avoid Honda altogether!
Without doubt the worst car dealership I've ever dealt with!
Bought a brand new Honda H-RV from these jokers after having my old Toyota for 15 years.
At the 1,000 km service they scratched the leather steering wheel. Didn't even bother to physically look at the problem! It's been 15 years since I've had a new car so I treat my baby with kid gloves!
I've been dealing with [name removed] (Service Manager), and she's been completely unhelpful. Latest email from [name removed]. They have given me the heave-ho, effectively telling me to back off.
Never buy a car from these jokers! They will damage your car and then deny they did it!
Also, Honda Australia has been equally unhelpful, so also never buy a Honda!

CROOKS!! Got Conned by sales team!!
The salesperson at Northside Nundah Honda knew I was running late for a meeting and so changed the paperwork details in the small print (reduced the CTP and Reg to 6 months from the standard 12months advertised) without letting me know and got me to sign it and pay the deposit. The next day when I returned about it, they said they had informed me about the changes, which was a lie, and the proof was what I had signed. They implied I was lying about not being told about the changes. I wanted to quit buying the car from them, but they said the de...posit could not now be returned and so I was left with no choice. Biggest CROOKS in the business!! Please don't buy from Northside Nundah, or if you do, don't trust anything they say and read and understand every little word before you sign. Also, when my car was serviced by them, it was clearly not cleaned from the outside, but they insisted it had been. Also, I was told by Anthony that he would call me when my car was ready for pickup, but on both occasions that I left my car for servicing, he did not. I informed them about two problems with my car, the first time, but they dealt with one only and asked me to come back another day which was very inconvenient for me. Then when I left my car the whole day with them, at the end of it when I went back they told me there was no problem with the car found. On the first visit the technician agreed with me there was a problem and if there wasn't then why did they not call me sooner to let me know. Extremely disappointing service!
Honda Roadside Assistance and Honda Australia
Both are as bad as each other
Had an issue with JAZZ battery under warranty on the weekend when NO Honda dealership is open.
Roadside Assistance did not recognised that the battery was under warranty so I was expected to pay for the replacement when attend to by local roadside assistance???
This is NOT what is written in the Honda Warranty as you are entitled to full cost recovery up to 2 years old and 50% for 2 to 3 years old if a failure occurs.

Dealerships Selling Jazz's With Known Major Defects
If you live in an area where there is moderate to heavy rainfall do not buy a Honda Jazz/ Fit!
Water leaking into the Jazz/Fit is a common defect discussed across many international forums. Our local Honda dealership informed us they were systematically bringing an entire fleet of Jazz's in (from a local company) to repair the exact same water leak defect as in our Jazz, so it's clearly a widespread known fault by Honda. Honda Australia is refusing to acknowledge this is a major defect and safety issue (electrical). Honda sold us the Jazz kno...wing the Jazz has a defect with the plastic membrane in the doors, whereby the adhesive perishes over time, causing water to leak through the door into the interior foot wells and the electricals. Our vehicles carpet has been replaced 3 times in just four months, all doors are leaking water, smells like mould, electrical issues including warning lights, battery draining now we rarely get to drive our Jazz anymore...in fact we don't have the Jazz now...it's in the dealership again and has been for 8 days now. Honda Australia is advising us to return to the dealer and get them to patch up the defect again, however, the dealer is telling us to report our concerns to Honda Australia and of course as car manufacturers often do with major faults around in circles we go. Given the Honda Dealership has not been able to fix the defect on three occasions we have no confidence in Honda at all. We requested a refund from Honda Australia and they refused, citing the solution as to keep taking the Jazz to the dealership to be repaired. How many times do we have to keep doing this Honda and why should we when your organisation knew the door issue was a major fault before selling the Jazz to us.. According to international forums the door water leaking defect has been an issue since 2008 for Jazz's and Fit's. Honda dealerships should not be selling vehicles with major known defects to unsuspecting customers, it is a breach of Australian consumer law. Dealerships you are on notice that Honda Australia knows this is a major defect for many of the current model Jazz's. This car is now dangerous to us and other people. Honda Australia you are engaged in deceptive and misleading conduct!
Misleading Sale Tactic!
I was looking for a deal on a Honda Civic 2018 “Hail Damaged” VTI-S and made an offer $19,000 “yes i know how much this this are going for” and Alro Honda BLACKTOWN had it for $24,990 i know my offer was low and i have even pushed it to go to $19,500 because I know its there last clearance day sale on Sunday 18/03/2019 . First i had a call from a [name removed] and said for $20000 come in and see what he can do but i said if you cant reach it i don't want to waste my time coming in. When i tried to get back to him I had a lady name [name remove...d] answer the phone and I told my final price was $19,500 and i also said i don't want to waste my time but both told me to come in. The thing what upset me most is I came all the way from the city while raining hard with my family and my 4 year old daughter hoping and anticipating that the offer will be honored! And i did mention I'm ready to sign and don't want to waste my time coming back for nothing twice. As soon as i got in [name removed] spoke to me and said $20000 and I said il have a think to show my dad and Brother the car. but when i was ready to negotiate another person came in the picture and said they cant do $20000!!! so whats up with that Alto Honda!!! if you couldn't meet my offered price why waste my time and the last guys approach me said i wasted there time for offering that price! When they could have told me NO in the first place. Now tell me Alto Honda should i have reason not to be upset about this!!! Thanks for wasting my time and a very bad weather!!! and after misleading me that i can get a better deal!!!! and looks like they also have change from hail damage to brand new!!! such a nice job done here from the sales team
Darwin Honda NT Fantastic
I bought an older Honda CRV in Kununurra WA.
I live in a remote community 4 hours south of Kununurra & while driving home I heard a light rubbing noise. I suspected a wheel bearing had gone.
I put my car in a local repair place & they said my wheel bearings were fine.
I decided to drive 13 hours to get the car completely checked out by my nearest Honda dealer in Darwin NT.
The service was fantastic & they confirmed it was my wheel bearing which because of the age of my car they didn’t have in stock but it will be sorted soon.
They were able to work in with my travel times to get my car in for care & out by end of day.

disappointing and poor after care
My husband and I went to the Honda dealership in Ferntree Gully, Melbourne on the 22nd December 2018 and decide to buy Honda HRV. As they promised that the car will be ready for us before new year but unfortunately it took longer and more complex processing than we could anticipated. Finally we received a text says the car is ready after new year. So we picked up the car on the 3rd January with joys and looking forward to a nice ride with a new car. However on the 13th January, only 9 days after we picked up the new car, the center control syst...em (whole radio, sat nav, reverse camera and speakers) went down during driving. So I called on Monday morning and after speaking to three people I finally reached the service department and the only time they can fit us in was 3 days later (Thursday 17th January morning). Then on Thursday morning after waiting for a whole hour they told me the car was still not fixed and we have to wait for a new part to arrive from oversea, and they could not tell me what was wrong with our brand new car, as quote from the staff 'apparently sometimes it just happens with new cars and new parts not working'. During this time I have to drive the car with no radio, no sat nav, no reverse camera, no speakers, no hands free set which I desperately needed for work. The worst nightmare is driving a car with kids in and feeling totally unsafe with this new car not knowing what will happen next, could anything else goes wrong at any time? Honda has not been delivery a good services to us on this occasion. We feel completely unsatisfied with the way we been treated, there was no apology to us, no understanding of customers life, as customer do not have time to frequently just bring the NEW car in for fixing. I would really appreciate if Honda could look into the issue and value their customers as much after purchase as they do when they trying to get our money during sales.

My Honda Euro was in need of quality repairs, I entrusted Southside Honda to restore it to it's old self.
They went way beyond to offer a fantastic service to help me through the repairs and the customer support staff were absolutely fabulous. Highly recommended

This car is amazing, it Luxurious and looks great, it drives fantastic, has a lot of power for a small car and it is fuel efficient.

We looked around at other brands and had a few terrifying standover types harassing us., and some couldn't even be bothered talking to us, they were so lazy. We finished up at Honda, the car is so well made we can't believe it.

I bough a brand new Honda HR-V (DMW90V) in April 2017 form Parramatta Honda. I have had a rattle noise from the rear of the vehicle since early days and have complained about it in scheduled services. The problem persists and I have wasted a lot of days in getting this fixed by visiting the service center out of turn. I do not think it is being given the attention it should and I have complained multiple times. Can you please take this seriously and help?
