Hoover Eco Pets Turbo 3013

Not worth the money. Doesn't work on carpet.
Bought this vacuum a few months ago primarily because I have one long haired cat. The turbo head does not move when placed in carpet. I'm the cleaning of the head is fiddly. taking back for a refund.
Purchased in November 2020 at Godfreys Physical Stores for $299.
It is a short pile rug. The brush on the turbo head never turns. Despite my checking the head for cleanliness.
Hi Kit,
Thank you for letting us know, we would recommend taking the machine into your nearest Godfreys store for further inspection and assistance.

Great vacuum but some design flaws
This is my 3rd Hoover. The first was definitely the best. The second- the wheels broke off. This one, so far so good but again- the cord is nowhere near long enough. Have had to add an extension lead. The biggest failing with this one is there is nowhere to store the accessories! Very annoying.
Nice & quiet & sucks well.
Purchased in August 2020 at Godfreys Online Store for $299.

Honest opinion.
Great suction does the job well. Not easy to clean and can not imagine cleaning it if I did not have a air compressor.Still very happy with it. Good value for the price.
Purchased in May 2020 at Godfreys Online Store for $199.

Light, easy and good price
My last vaccum died and I rushed to Godfreys and wanted to buy a good vaccum under $200. I saw this vaccum on special at godfreys and I have a dog with lots of hair all over the house so bought this one. It is great, I love it. Great suction, easy to move around, light and quiet. I recommend it and has a turbo head.
Purchased in June 2019 at Godfreys for $249.

Quieter than I thought
We purchased this as a "stop gap" cleaner whilst we saved for a new Dyson as we already have the Dyson stick and love it so we were going to buy a new Dyson but our other full cleaner died.
This was on sale for $99 at Godfreys' so we thought as it had a HEPA filter we thought it worth trying.
We have found it excellent for both carpets and tiled areas. Very effective at collecting the dirt that gets walked in including sand and pet hair. The adjustable suction control to reduce power when doing tiles areas is an advantage. I did note one per...
Read moreson commented on lack of suction maybe they should check where theirs is set at. Filter is easy to clean and clearly visible when it starts getting full. The best part was the shock of how quite is was compared to our previous cleaner (not a Dyson by the way) I'm not saying its quiet but it is compared to our previous one. We were so pleased we purchased one for our daughter who had just moved into her new home and the dust from the surrounding new development was everywhere. Her previous one simply did not get all the fine dirt up.Purchased in January 2019 at Godfreys on line for $99.
Questions & Answers
Does anyone know what filter level the HEPA filter is?
Hi Paul,
The HEPA filter rating is 12.
...
Why is this information not available on the product specs on the Godfrey's website?
Hi Paul,
This is not listed as this is how the manufacturers have set up the manual.
We have passed this onto the products team to look into further....
Hi, there is a small valve at the top of the barrel, in between the two ends of the handle. 1. What is this for? 2. Recently, the valve opens a few seconds after I turn on the vacuum, which makes the vacuum start sucking from the valve instead of the usual nozzle. How do I stop this?
Hi Rebecca,
Is this the part on the handle above the silver rod?

The Hoover Team
Hi Godfrey! No, it’s on the lid to access the HEPA filter and looks like a small circle with two lines. I didn’t even know it was a valve of some kind until it started opening on its own. I have circl...

Thank you for confirming.
This valve will basically tell you if there is a blockage in the machine the needs to be cleared....
How do I clean the dirt canister?
Hi Annie,
The canister can be gleaned out with a damp cloth or air compressor.
We do also recommend booking the machine in through Godfreys for servicing at least every 12 months....
