Great for small spaces but short life span

We have used this vacuum for just over a year for our two bedroom apartment. It’s really good for large dust particles but cannot get into hard to reach places. The head does not swivel and it cannot fit under bed or lounge. The filter has lasted well as has the battery. We are going on 15 months and it is just starting to fail now. We have been unable to find a battery replacement for this vacuum despite emailing Hoover directly.

Purchased in December 2019 for $150.00.

Questions & Answers

Hi we are very happy with our quickstick but recently it has started sounding like a jet plane taking off! Have had it for about 2 years and the filter and dust canister are clean and suction ok - what could be the cause regards Margie

Hi Margie,
There may be an issue with the motor in the machine.
We would recommend taking the machine into your nearest Godfreys store to be booked in for further inspection to confirm the issues and provide a resolution.
