Lynelle was wonderful with the Colour selection process. There were so many choices and lots of laughs but we now have a beautiful coastal look.Love our high quality built home.

Building our first home came down to Hotondo and one other builder and we found Hotondo to be the best choice for professionalism, quality and customer service. We loved that we could lock everything in before signing the contract and didn't have any financial surprises. Anthony and Lynelle did a fabulous job and we adore our new home!

We were incredibly impressed with the management of our build. We were always kept very well informed of the status and were always notified immediately if there were any issues. We were also very impressed with how well the trades were organised. There were no significant delays and each trade was ready to start once one had finished. Our questions were always answered promptly and the team was always very approachable and friendly, each step of the way. The entire process from beginning to end was seamless and hassle free and the build was completed quickly and to a very high standard. The management and delivery of our project was second to none. Any problems We’re dealt with quickly and the team went above and beyond to ensure we got what we wanted. The cost remained firm throughout the build and the team were happy to accommodate any reasonable changes we asked for.

Hotondo did and excellent job of building our beautiful home. The site manager Danijel was fantastic. The workmanship of the build exceeded our expectations and also that of our friends and family. The finish that Hotondo demanded from its trades was second to none. Adam the owner and Nathan the sales man did a wonderful job with our house plan and getting us best value for money. We have previously built with other companies and had nothing but headaches. We couldn't believe how easy it was with Danijel managing our build. We will use Hotondo again and can thoroughly recommend Adam and the team to our friends and family. We feel we had value for money and a 5 star finish.

Adam and the team were fantastic to deal with. His personalised service was well above our expectations. We had a really tough block that a lot of builder's wouldn't touch, so Adam's enthusiasm around our build was really refreshing! We had a great time through the design and colour selection process and best of all we had the freedom to choose all the finishes we wanted. The build went so smoothly and was well organised. We were sent regular updates in the form of a progress reports and photos which was very appreciated. Anthony kept in touch with us himself and he was very approachable from the beginning to the end.
