I purchased my E20 at JB HiFi in Hobart. It was chosen due to my cluttered workplace as it did have a small footprint. This is a clean looking computer with minimal wires connecting all the necessary components.
When started up, it had a good display, speed good and I was pleased with the purchase. Once connected to the internet the problems started. Read moreng would take at least two minutes, it was very slow. Connecting to the internet now took around 3 to 4 minutes to achieve. Any task beyond this was too slow to be of any use. I checked with my computer tech and he was aware of this machine. Evidently once Windows 10 updates are downloaded, the computer is virtually at its limit with very little capacity left for the owner. I requested he upgrade it so it could cope. He advised that the plastic case of the E20 has internal tabs that fail and cannot be repaired once opened. The processor is not capable of more and as it is integrated cannot be replaced. Memory cannot be upgraded and the machine is not suited to over clocking. This computer is now of no use and I have wasted $499. I have 8 computers and they all handle Windows 10 quite ok. It would appear Hewlett Packard have designed this machine to deceive the customer. In my situation I cannot support poor design and zero performance which means I will not own another HP.
