HTC Desire S (2011)

As it says on the label – Android phone from HTC, an established telecommunications phone maker. The phone offers android functionality with multiple apps, screens, voice and Skype calling available, hands free functionality etc. You can customise your screens as per usual. The battery life is decent and standard for these smartphones, if you want to save battery life make sure to reduce the number of running apps!
This is awesome – the phone is preety good in look and it has a better operating system and a good space of memory too. and htc is best in anyway. I also use this one and no one is in the compare in quality and price range. you have to buy this one it is awesome
HTC make awesome phones! – I had the original HTC Desire and it was an awesome phone, easy to use and performed well. Then I decided to get a Samsung Galaxy S II, this was the worst decision I had ever made, the phone constantly had problems and the support to fix bugs just did not exist...for such an expensive phone I expected more. So I decided to move back to HTC...no idea why I ever moved away. HTC have produced a simple easy to use product that works. I love HTC Sense, it brings a level of user interface that can not be duplicated by any other technology competitor on the market, live weather on your phone just brings and little smile to your face on a rainy day.
The phone works like it should and I have had no problems. Updates are sent through automatically and do not slow down the operation of the phone. Sending SMS, MMS, making calls etc is just so easy. I have not needed to download a new keyboard as the HTC one is very easy to use. One thing is the music, all the information is available so music folders/albums are named and located easily.
Battery life is normal for a smart phone, I get a full day of running music, using FaceBook and sending emails and SMS. If I'm having a day off without use I can easily get 2 days of little use for the battery life. The phone charges quite fast.
This phone is great, I would recommend it to anyone that needs and iPhone comparison or getting into the smart phone market. Easy user interface, HTC Sense, Android.
Why buy an iPhone – Have previously had HTC Windows Mobile phones and swapped to an Android verision when my contract allowed. A sturdy phone with a quality feel and features. It has all the flexibility of modern phones and is thin and light without feeling cheap. It has HTC Sense which is a great feel and having tried a few plug-ins I have gone back to the default HTC setup as it just works.
Android apps are mostly cheap and functional and being able to record HD video is a great advantage in something you have with you all the time. Free on Telstra contract, lots of flexibility and bits available on Ebay. A little big for a pocket but still better than my work iPhone
Alot better then my old iPhone. Heaps of handy feature – Screen is large and clear. Applications are quick an easy to install. Phone is advance but still easy to use. It has a HD Camera and is capable of Filming videos. Phone is a nice shape and feels nice to hold. A recent update in the android software has improved some features of the phone. The Camera probably could be better quality
