received $54.95 as shipping was taken out although I paid for the return of shoes. Complete rip-off. They're happy to take your money. You have to fight tooth an nail to get what's yours.

Never delivered products, refused refund. Opened a dispute in my credit card. “Store” wants me to close dispute and then they will refund my money!!!! Fake business.

refund”, or a percentage “credit” to buy something else from them (ha!) or ship at my expense back to China. That was after learning that the garments were not from Charleston. Back and forth with “Diane”, the offers are still “ship to China at my expense”, and now “keep the garments and get 40% refund” or “choose something else with 90% of what I paid credit”. I am not ready to give up, and will continue to fight with them. I will never recommend this company to anyone, and will go to the BBB, the attorney general, or file a lawsuit if I have to.

Horrible not as advertised. Cheap material, sloppily made, boxy fit, garish colors, horrible customer service. They advertise “hassle free returns” but don’t believe that. This is a scam. Lesson learned. Show details
Absolute garbage! I wish I had done a little research on the company. Like other reviews the clothes do not resemble at all the quality they do in the pictures or even the same material. Wish I could give 0. Expensive but actually cheap, crappy fabric for 49$. Took over a month to get here from who knows where in Asia. Tracking is poor until it reaches U.S. Awful. I wouldn't have paid 9.99 at Ross. Don't be fooled by photos. I've learned my lesson. Always check reviews before buying anything you see advertised on social media. Hard to contact. BEWARE! Less than Zero review. Quite possibly the absolute WORST buying experience I've ever encounter on-line. Product was ordered with a guarantee of pre-Christmas delivery - I received it today (1/09/2026), after 15+ inquires to the company. Worse than their "Pony Express" delivery, the item is nothing like the pictured item I purchased.
I ordered items for Christmas presents, thinking they were coming from Charleston, and they are still not here.

They looked nothing like the pictures on the website! • It states on their website, “If you decide to return your products to us within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will refund the full amount of your order to you within 5 business days of receiving the product. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of returning the product.” (I thought that was great, even willing to pay to return my items). 1. They offer you a 10% refund and you keep the clothes instead of a full refund. (They also offered a 40% store voucher. Like why would I pay to order other items when the ones I got were not up to their pictures!)I refused their offers. 2. The cost to send a 4 lb. package back to China ranged from $50-$150. (It’s on me that I didn’t check, but I had no idea their store was in China.. Honestly, I thought it was in Charleston, SC. I have learned a valuable lesson and hope you don’t make the same mistake I did!!!
