An excellent way to spread out payment for purchases or bills. Still mystified why my partner was refused an account, even though he has a better credit rating than me! Guess it has something to do with forgetting which email he started to sign up with, but really no idea as Humm refuses to tell him. Would be 5 stars if the reason for refusal of Partners account was explained.
I've really enjoyed humm over the past two years spending close to at least $10,000 with both Big things and Little things without any problems and customer service has always been fantastic.... However, I've noticed a change recently with increasingly poor attitudes from customer service representatives. I was also recently declined for an in-store purchase of $300.00 when my available balance to spend on the app was well clear of that. So, somehow now there's an issue with my credit with no changes in my circumstances. The representative ende...d up telling me I was declined because I wasn't in my home state which is ridiculous. I was expecting the "responsible lending" speech. Having had an excellent payment history and now dealing with this is inconvenient and also quite embarrassing when you go to purchase something and your app says you have an available balance that is NOT ACTUALLY an available balance. So I think I'll be paying off my outstanding balance and closing my account with Humm.

Great service but they will get you with fees!
Great service that I love using. The app is simple to use and customer service is generally pretty good BUT 3-4 times now I have been hit with a $6 fee with them telling me that insufficient funds were available when they tried to take payment which is a complete lie. I know my own bank account.
The most recent time they didn’t even send a message - just sent a collections agent after me for $29.
I know $30 isn’t much to pay in fees but I bet they are doing this to many customers and we really have no choice - argue or pay the $6.
I have ne...ver had these issues with Open Pay or After Pay so I will stick to using them after I have paid off my current Humm payments. A shame because I used to sing the praises of Humm. They may not have fees if you pay in time but they find a way to charge you!! Very sneaky!
I absolutely love humm .. bought Christmas presents last year and I’m so happy that I can afford them with using humm. Unfortunately sometime early this year, I lost my wallet and I’ve to block all my bank cards and account. It happened when it’s on repayment date and it’s declined when humm tried to get payment from my account. From then onwards, I’ve tried several times for boost but it says declined and try again next time. I know I can afford repayments as I’ve got permanent job it’s just that day things happen and I’m unhappy now as I can’t shop for Christmas using humm :( I’m hoping that I can get boost approved before Christmas so I can make my kids happy with their presents.
Unsure of why my limit decreased after I paid out early?
I had up to $5000 limit available and when I paid my credit out eary I expected it to stay the same or even increase, but it has now decreased to $0. Very strange considering Iv never defaulted or anything.

Good but still Lacking Options
I have Used Humm from when they where Certigy Ezipay, used on a big Purchase of $13000 .. paid it all off early find them very good. Only down side is for small Purchases they are behind the Big Competition in Zip Pay and After Pay when it comes to availability, 90% of shops online and instore i visit have Zip and Afterpay and on the rare occasion they also may include Humm which is a big let down
Not really happy with my ability to increase my spending limit.
I uploaded my statements and just because I don’t have a high income, but manage money I have from inheritance, to always make sure everything I spend is up to date and paid for! But was still rejected. I think that they can see I am not behind on anything. Also am protective of my credit rating. More circumstances should be taken into account when processing. Other than that absolutely love this app.

Although I think yous need to add a option in where if people are late with payments they are able to pay it through to the app or website themselves like Afterpay & Laybuy instead of having to call you and be put on hold.
Unfor.. as much as I am grateful for my big amount unfor..i cant say much about my little amount theirs really nothing their to spend on. I really think i should be given more then 100 to spend on little things. Unfor looks like I will be using zip until the systems grants me a little more. Other then that the guys are great and the app is really helpful.Kind Regards.
It can takes a bit of time when you are in an emergency to get an Approval eg vets for animals or to buy something that’s needed in an emergency

Too hard to use app is too temperamental. Should be able to order online with it also some stores dont offer that.
Not very easy to use took an hour at Ikea and it wouldn't refresh bar codes, I had to log in on the internet. My big things said I had to apply even though I've been using it for over 12 months. When I applied using my bank log in it said no, even though I've paid off large amounts & the fact i had to enter my bank login and password was absolutely uncalled for as no one should have those details its a breach of my bank terms and conditions!!!

Would like to have the app more mobile friendly as I could not see numbers as I typed them in. This means the numbers from the phone bill for example the biller code and the crn number.
Monthly fees are exorbitant pricey
Used to be four dollars a month happy with that eight dollars a month is a rip-off so on $1000 supposedly interest free loan over two years you would pay $192 which is 19% Over two years for 9.5% per year very high!
All good and was a good experience over all.

Can't access all features
seems a lot of people have BPAY but I cant access it regardless of the fact that I have always paid on time or in advance. Humm is easy to use though but would be better if all customers could access all features

Should have gps for local stores
has a great variety but don't know store location. Should be able to do search for distance to home so you don't see interstate stores. Only online and local stores
Keeps declining my big things
When applying for an amount for big things it states sorry next time WITHOUT looking over my current circumstances I feel is unfair as the amount requested is manageable to repay

Go to your payment plan and you can click onto some of the payments and pay as many broken up payments as you want or click onto all of them to payout your account in 1 shot!
