Do yourself a favor and don’t order online
Recently purchased 2 sale items online last week, only to be told today that they are no longer available.
Surprisingly, today they announced that their stores are back in operation. Hmm.. my two sale items are probably in store and back to full price.. lol!
ordered shoes on boxing with $60 off and they were suppose to be expressed shipped out to me!! They weren’t!! It’s been 2 weeks and they just keep making generic excuses and only looked into the issues with star track 2 days ago!!! Finally they were deemed lost in transit and I’ve been issued a refund hopefully but I’m annoyed I have wasted so much time emailing and on the phone that I now won’t get that price elsewhere and have to place a new order with a new company and wait all over again

Beyond expectations, ordered Saturday afternoon , arrived Tuesday afternoon . l live in Outer Eastern Melbourne. Thank-you. l do not usually do not reveiws , but Shout out to all involved , Hype DC online , Star track Delivery crew , Australian Post and Warburton Post Office. Nailed it .
Will use again
First time there was a problem with the couriers not updating information, after emailing Hype Customer Service they let me know within half an hour what was going on. Second time ordered two pairs on sun-day eve and both (even though coming from different locations) arrived Tuesday. Express and Free. Will be buying more from this company.

Good product, received. Ignore previous rants. They did ring the doorbell, I was intercepted by someone else living in the house and they preceded to hide it from me. Apologies, my bad.
Cancelled my order without telling
Bought a shoe online and waiting for 5 days still no update.
Followed up via email, only to be told no stock and my order got cancelled.
When ordering, it said the stock is clearly available.
Not happy, could have advised earlier and that would allow me to find other shoe.

Do not pay by PayPal since Hype will inconvenience you if you want to return a product.
Purchased some great shoes on sale which unfortunately did not fit as expected so I went to return them in store. Unfortunately since I paid by PayPal, they told me that I could not return it in store and that I had to ship it back to Hype at my own cost, with my own packaging material and to either drop it in to AusPost or have a courier pick it up for extra money.
This is inconvenient, and irritating. I’m lucky the delivery to me was free, because if I had to pay for both delivery AND the return, I would be incensed.

Easy process, cheap products and fast shipping
Bought two pairs of Vans shoes from Hype DC online store with 75-80% discount and experience was seamless.
Have to say I was feeling apprehensive after reading all the bad reviews here but personally I have no complaints whatsoever (except maybe for one of the shoes having a small glue/tainting patch, slightly darker than the rest of the shoe). For the price I paid it is better than good).
Standard shipping exceeded expectations both in time and packaging (arrived properly packed less than 36h later).

concerns raised with customer services shoe are b-stock/damaged/used/blemish/defects/returned stock for an online purchase. excuses made and offered only a %20 refund on purchase price. time, money and effort wasted plus waiting 5 days for shipment - non satisfactory. never again. select sale items wisely as they send out defective product.

Do not order from them, if you'r disgruntled about anything and raise concerns with them, they will flag you on their system and will decline all future transactions with you.
