Do yourself a favor and don’t order online
Recently purchased 2 sale items online last week, only to be told today that they are no longer available.
Surprisingly, today they announced that their stores are back in operation. Hmm.. my two sale items are probably in store and back to full price.. lol!
No free online returns during pandemic.
I understand items are taking longer to get shipped out to people during this pandemic which is fine, so not dramas with the waitinting time. At least give people free returns since we can't physically go to a store to try things on. $25 to get to me and return on postage for a pair of shoes that were terrible quality. Leather was more like plastic!
Two different shoe size in one pair
Bought a sale shoes size 8 but delivered one side with size 8 and another with size 9 . Made complain through customer service team and suggested me to visit the store and find another side. Is that how serve customer? I paid for shipping and they made a mistake and they want me to find another side by myself. On the top of that one dump team member sending a message saying he will give me offer to return shoes with free shipping. What, is that a offer that’s mandatory as mistake is done from their side. Anyone can make mistake but their entire team do not know how to handle it.

Heavily discounted shoe are slightly blemished or b-stock items
Three stars for reasonable shipping only. Mislead marketing on the web-page. one out of two shoe purchased had missing inner support packaging (worn), the other had deep blemishes and markings (defected stock). you get what ya pay for! Discounted items may even be in-store or online customer returns - new purchasee would have no idea what they're purchasing. Several queries and complaints latter left unresolved!
December 5th 2019 Update: Quality Product
Ordered the Supra mens shoe Aluminum yellow and bugger me such horrible quality, uncomfort...able, color discoloration or maybe been given a used repacked item. Customer care non-existent as online query gone unanswered. ordering from these guys are a hit-and-miss luck (why????), after several orders only 2 decent and the rest not so!
Faulty product. Misleading advertising.
The product I bought was falsely advertised. The shoes looked good in the photo and the price was very cheap. The shoes were damaged and the wrong size and colour. Their rep had one excuse after another to not return payment. Research is needed before committing to buy from this company. Waste of time not to mention the money lost.

concerns raised with customer services shoe are b-stock/damaged/used/blemish/defects/returned stock for an online purchase. excuses made and offered only a %20 refund on purchase price. time, money and effort wasted plus waiting 5 days for shipment - non satisfactory. never again. select sale items wisely as they send out defective product.
March 25th 2019 Update: Devious group watch out!!!
Do not order from them, if you'r disgruntled about anything and raise concerns with them, they will flag you on their system and will decline all future transactions with you.
