Still the best even in 2023
We recently purchased a second pair of these due to the first ones living so long until the dog chewed them, they are tough headphones that last and last, you can even buy OEM replacement parts (ear muffs pads and microphones) should the need arise. These have very universal connection options, ie old hi-fi jack plugin or USB so can be used across most game platforms, Xbox controls, and PC USB etc, they are very comfortable even for big-headed boofs like myself or my daughter with regular size head, they are light and offer the perfect amount... of drowning out the real world around you to allow full immersion into the game. They can get a little warm after a few hours due to your body temperature, by this time you need a break anyway - stretch, go for a walk, have coffee etc. The microphone pick-up is one of the best in field. Highly recommended due to sound quality, mic pick-up and durability suited to avid gamers - I prefer these over my 'twice the price' heavy JBL Quantum 810 Wireless Over-Ear Gaming Headset.Bass

One of the Best Headset for the Price
The headset is one the best I’ve have used, It come with 2 earmuffs 1 that’s already attached and one spare. The Microphone is just meh, Not the best thing but it’s there. As a Razer Fanboy I have bought this headset like 2 times already over Razer and it works great I recommend this headset if you’re on a budget or even if you’re not it’s still good for the price tag it has.Build QualityValue for MoneySound QualityBassComfort

The headset is great, the support service is not
You must cover the cost of shipping which costs nearly as much as purchasing a new unit. Hyper x doesn't honour warranty on replacement (continuation of previous headset warranty time). Show detailsBuild QualityValue for MoneySound QualityBassComfort

Excellent bang for buck
Ive had a set of Cloud IIs for 3 years. Great quality sound for the price easily comparable with headsets in the $200+ range. Comfortable to wear during long gaming sessions. Easy to use USB plug and play DAC. Can also be used without the DAC on Consoles and Android phones with mini jack ports. Show detailsBuild QualityBass

Easily the best I've ever used
I've had 2 pairs of this headset so far and both of them have performed spectacularly. I'm the kind of person that likes to play video games for extended periods and it's comfortable all the way through. The headphones are gentle and even after 8+ hours of gameplay, I'm still comfortable wearing them. The ear cups fit comfortably around my ears rather than on them.
I've never had any issues with audio quality or with microphone clarity / people not being able to hear me. The maximum volume is louder than you'd ever need it to be for standard us... Read moree and since the headset operates on a detachable 3.5mm audio cable (built into the headset, detachable from the audio controller on the USB cable), it can be used with phones/other devices with a 3.5mm audio jack. Also the microphone is detachable. I would definitely say that this is an excellent headset, especially for its price.

Excellent for all uses
I received a pair from a friend who wasn't using them. Really comfortable, have only used it on two occasions to game but from a music standpoint, the depth and level of sound you get truly replicates a full symphony. Show detailsBuild QualityBass

Great quality for the price
Great headphones, I purchased for a reasonable $100, sound is excellent and had a 3.5mm Jack that I was able to use with my phone. Mic gave good back ground sound cancellation. Show detailsBuild QualityValue for MoneySound QualityBassComfort

A masterpiece for audiophiles
This headset has amazing highs and lows for audiophiles who love listening to music, ASMR or stormy sounds. As far as gaming goes the 7.1 is very accurate and allows you to play at that next level where you can pin point exactly where someone is. The headphones themselves are extremely comfortable, the padding is well implemented and the controls on the headset are intuitive and simple. Halfway down the cable you can enable/disable 7.1, adjust mic sensitivity and your volume. The headset easily unplugs from its attached box for a regular headphone jack if you wanna take your headset on the go. This is by far the best headset i've ever had the pleasure of owning. wow, just wow
when i ordered this product i expected a run of the mill headphone with no real outstanding features.. ok so lets start at the headphones and work our way down.. the head rest of the head phones is VERY comfortable, it has a padded foam (which sounds underwhelming but its made really well), the pressure it puts on the side of your head is very little but it wont slip, they've perfected that you can adjust the headphones to sit higher or lower of your face.. the microphone can be detached easily (although it would be nice to have a connector po... Read moreint on both sides for the microphone) the microphone is good quality easy to adjust and customize.. now here we get to a cool little feature about half way down the cable there's an adjuster.. you can disconnect the headphones which has a normal audio jack (which is cool if you want to list to music on the run with other devices) where this headphone jack normally is connected (for pc use) you can turn on or off 7.1 surround, which is great to have for some games, you can also adjust the speaker volume or the microphone volume(without having to alt tab, which i love!) and you can also mute your microphone, the back of this little black box has a clip so you can have it attached to your person to convince.. all in all Totally worth the money, i would highly recommend to any serious gamer's out there... i could wear this headset for hours with no problem.. and reasonably priced too !BassComfort

great!
Purchased in May from JB HiFithe games rep was extremely knowledgeable and allowed me to try all the different headsets to see which ones would be most comfortable. As a current online student these stay on my head for hours listening to lectures and are still comfortable at the end of the day. When i then want to relax i can pull the attached microphone out and watch some videos. The sound quality is fairly good but i wouldnt rate them against pure audio headsets. For the money they are a reall good fit for my needs. Show details

broke within few months
Used it for a few months before one side of the headphones stopped working completely. The mic also stopped working and is very prone to build up dust. Build quality is good thought and the price is worth, if it doesn't break within few months of using like mine did. Show detailsBuild QualityValue for MoneySound QualityBassComfort

TLDR;Great Audio, Crap Mic
I got this a few months ago as a recommendation from my cousin. It serves as a backup to my Razer Kraken headset which although was still doing fine after a few years, was starting to hurt my ears and the fabric was wearing out. After placing this bad boy on and damn I felt comfortable, the audio is lit.
But then comes to the mic, when i tested it out on max it decides to pick up every single small sound but other than my voice. My breathing sounds like the winds from monsoons but somehow my voice sounds like I'm talking 100 miles away from the... Read more mic. And the fact that you can't edit the mic volume on your control panel is just plain annoying. Had to have me download a 3rd party software to turn it up and even then it's not enough. Just don't get this if you talk to your friends online on a daily basis.
