This company is the absolute worst to deal with . They don't reply to emails. Phone message nothing when it comes to trying to claim a warranty issue . They have no deals with any company to fix anything in this country . They try their best to muck you around and hopefully you will give up . Total scam of a company they clearly do not want anything to do with making a warranty claim. Do your self a favour by from your local business that at least you can visit. This is a online scam company.
*Lightweight piece of kit, batteries run down in minutes, plastic construction, selector lever weak and split after just a few uses. Long winded response from Hyundai. * Terrible service! *Machine eventually collected to be rectified, now over a month and have heard nothing! * Would NEVER buy anything from Hyundai again!
Follow-up · After around six weeks and having heard nothing from Hyundai I contacted “Service” (ha!) I was told they do not have the parts required nor the same machine to replace it with!! Offered a different model and refund the difference. Turns out the inferior smaller model is a blower only but I was left with little option. As a small blower it works ok but weirdly uses different battery to other Hyundai product so machines/batteries not interchangeable. Why would they make a range of power tools like this?? The agent assisting was helpful but the company terrible! Definitely a thumbs down for Hyundai!
