Fantastic customer service
I found the cheapest flights I have ever booked to Europe through ifly. Unfortunately I was unable to take the flight due to COVID. However, organising a credit and then deciding to take a refund has been a seamless process with prompt responses and no hassle. I will book with ifly again when I eventually am able to travel.

Genuine customer care and service
We had booked flights to South America in late March 2020 for our honeymoon. Unfortunately, everything was cancelled at the last minute due to the pandemic. The team helped us navigate obtaining a refund for our flights. Despite Qantas taking 7 months to refund us (!!), the team were great at keeping us informed throughout the process. We are really grateful for the genuine care and service they provided us during a difficult time.
Booked tickets to New York , COVID 19 put an end to that , applied for a refund, the staff were so helpful , it took a while but they kept us informed all the way , great service wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

Totally useless and rude complaints team
Booked a flight on Air Canada to travel in March. 6 days before the departure date Canada closed down the borders to non-citizens leaving my in Australia. Originally I had asked to use that credit from Air Canada with another one of the airlines that iFly deal with to get to Canada once exemptions for family were added but they refused that. My only option would be to lose $800 of a $1300 ticket which I cannot afford. I then booked tickets to Canada with another airline and now all I have is a travel voucher that I can only use with iFly and Ai...r Canada that is non-transferable and departing Australia. So now I'm in Canada and have a travel voucher that's as much use to me as a chocolate teapot. The customer service team were also very rude replying to me with this message: "Can I bring to your attention that it was the airline who could not provide the service due to a worldwide pandemic, not our agency as per your statement " you were unable to provide the service". Governments and airlines make the decisions, not our agency. " As the company I bought the ticket from it is them that is the representative. I'm obviously quite aware that iFly doesn't operate Air Canada's planes but as they are who I bought the ticket from its their responsibility. It's just a shame that I have no choice but to deal with this company that shows no compassion.

We booked our return flights from Melbourne to Chile for June/July this year back in January through iFly. By April it was clearly obvious that our flights were not going to happen and at the end of May we bit the bullet and sought our options through iFly. At the time our flight was organised to be handed over to LATAM to either get a travel credit extension to then request a refund from LATAM. Eventually LATAM were not as able to fulfil this request as we would have hoped and we turned backed to iFly to see if they could assist us again. ...iFly took full ownership back of the issue, no questions asked and proceeded to deal with LATAM again for us in requesting a full refund, this was back in late August. Today the refund has been arranged and is appearing in the bank account. The whole time their customer service was second to none, taking ownership and always giving accurate and honest advice. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them as opposed to other major foreign discount sites whose customer service leaves a lot to be desired for when its needed. Thank you so much again iFly.
Great service and friendly staff
We booked our South American flights through Ifly in January 2020 and due to the pandemic the flights were cancelled in July. We were kept up to date and received a reply immediately each time we sent Ifly an email. We have since received our refund. We really appreciate Ifly’s service and helpful staff. Will definitely use this company again in the future.

I booked some flights with then, but due to Covid I had to cancel a few flights. They kept me up to date with what was going on and explained my options. They always replied to my emails fairly quick. Very happy with the service received!
SERVICE WORTHY OF PRAISE
My wife & I had to cancel our booking to the USA in June 2020 due to the health pandemic. As a consequence, a refund was pending. To finally receive notification that our refund was processed after a rather protracted process, was music to our ears. I must say Select World Travel & iFly have been very professional throughout the refund process as they kept me in the loop of the refund status. I am highly impressed with the standard set by Select World Travel & iFly especially during this unprecedented time. Their staff to be inundated with many...similar inquiries to mine and to communicate effectively and with efficiently pleased me to no end. A job well done! I look forward to continuing my patronage with this organisation once the dust settles.

Booked 2 flights today, money taken from my prepaid card and they are sending me messages asking me to send my card copy with numbers otherwise my booking would be cancelled!!! Are they serious??? Does anyone had same experience??? How did you deal with them??
I'm not sure about that, it sounds a bit dodgy. My husband and I booked Qantas flights through these guys and had our flights cancelled, still waiting for a refund six weeks later
I didn't sent my card's copy to them and today they just cancelled my booking. They sent me an email saying my refund has been processed so I'm waiting for the money. Meanwhile I've had put more money on my credit card and book another flight, this time directly with flight company. We'll see, I'm ready to go to the police if they don't refund me quickly!
