Great Service, Advice and Support

We used iFly to book flights to Europe, who provided us with very prompt service and the best possible price. The fact that they are based in Australia was also part of our selection process, which as it transpired, was a wise choice and confirmed our faith in dealing with a local company. When the COVID-19 pandemic caused the cancellation of so many flights and holidays, ours included, iFly’s expert advice and prompt and ongoing customer service ensured that we received a full refund (our option of choice). We could not be happier with the service provided by iFly, whom we highly recommend and will be using when overseas travel is available to us once again.

We booked a great deal for flights to Ireland with this company. Unfortunately due to Covid we could no longer use our flights, the customer service was excellent from start to finish in helping us recoup our flight money and always responded very quickly to any queries we had during this time. Great service in trying times

Had to cancel a trip to Europe due to COVID. iFly was so helpful guiding me through the options and helping me get a refund. Each time I had a question, they responded quickly and kept me informed. Can't thank them enough.

I had to cancel my trip to Europe becoming the coronavirus and iFly helped me whenever I emailed them regarding my refund of air fares and travel insurance in a time of pandemic was at its peak in Australia. I used Ifly to book an overseas flight, which was subsequently cancelled due to Corona virus. I chose them because of the very competitive price of the ticket. I was also happy that they are based in Australia.
The initial booking process was very efficient. When the flight was cancelled I was given the option of a refund. Each time I contacted the company about this I got a very quick, friendly and courteous response, keeping me updated with the progress of the refund.
I have been extremely impressed with the service provided by this company and will definitely use them again when the opportunity arises. I highly recommend Ifly.

We had booked to go to Europe with Ifly, Corona put a spanner in the works.
Not knowing when we could travel or re-book next, a refund was requested.
Ifly was more than helpful to accommodate us, and we will be using them again.
We have family members who are still waiting for a REPLY on a refund, so yes; Ifly restored my faith.

Great service - even in the most challenging of times!

Unfortunately our flight to the Netherlands got cancelled due to COVID-19. These were quite expensive tickets and we heard horror stories of other people not getting their airfare refunded, or having to go through terrible processes. We had the opposite with iFly - they were prompt in their responses, very clear about the process - and everything worked out exactly as communicated. Thanks team!

I was suitably impressed with the service on line in regards to queries and information. The tone of the info offered was polite and helpful.
Would well recommend this travel agency.
Looking towards the future when travelling becomes easier to use this company again.
Thanks again for your excellent speedy communication.
Pricing was competitive. Yes there was once an additional small fee to be paid. Other wise no issues.

Incompetence, poor policy and procedures

This company has allowed someone else to use my name to cancel my ticket. They have denied all responsibility, their lack of policy or procedures disgusts me. I have even discovered there was more than 1 email using my name, but NOT from the email ( MINE) the ticket was booked in. Be aware if you book with this company, they can do what they want and in my case deny any responsibility. Classic case of buyer beware I'm afraid.

Great place, really really helpful staff. :)
During the pandemic they sent through my refund for the flights to Europe. They were easy to get a hold of and didn't fade away with not emailing.

My flight to Argentina was cancelled by Air New Zealand. The staff at iFly have professionally and promptly replied to all my emails with respect to the refund. The refund it is still pending but I have total confidence in iFly that it will processed shortly.

Amazing service!

I had an amazing experience dealing with iFly customer service. Not only were my inquiries answered promptly, most of the time within an hour or two, but the warm, and friendly emails were so refreshing and separated them from the usually cold and abrupt “professional” responses you get when dealing with other customer services. It was reassuring me that they do look after their customers and have their best interest at heart. It was nice to have a feeling that you have been valued as a customer. Please keep up the good work, we need more services like yours!

Booked 2 flights today, money taken from my prepaid card and they are sending me messages asking me to send my card copy with numbers otherwise my booking would be cancelled!!! Are they serious??? Does anyone had same experience??? How did you deal with them??

I'm not sure about that, it sounds a bit dodgy. My husband and I booked Qantas flights through these guys and had our flights cancelled, still waiting for a refund six weeks later

I didn't sent my card's copy to them and today they just cancelled my booking. They sent me an email saying my refund has been processed so I'm waiting for the money. Meanwhile I've had put more money on my credit card and book another flight, this time directly with flight company. We'll see, I'm ready to go to the police if they don't refund me quickly!
