Great service in difficult times

Although it took awhile for our SQ airfares to be refunded, our enquires were always answered in a prompt , professional & friendly manner in what must be extremely difficult times for the travel industry.
Would not hesitate to use or recommend this company again.

Got a refund due to covid

This company kindly refunded our flights in full due to covid. I know some companies are only offering vouchers. It did take a while for the refund to process but all the staff were really nice and upfront with us.

Booked PE to LA with Delta, prices were almost half the price of Delta direct. Simple and straight forward booking process.

This experience beats the hell out of my previous experience with Flight Centre, who would of did nothing for 3 weeks!

Booked 2 flights today, money taken from my prepaid card and they are sending me messages asking me to send my card copy with numbers otherwise my booking would be cancelled!!! Are they serious??? Does anyone had same experience??? How did you deal with them??

I'm not sure about that, it sounds a bit dodgy. My husband and I booked Qantas flights through these guys and had our flights cancelled, still waiting for a refund six weeks later

I didn't sent my card's copy to them and today they just cancelled my booking. They sent me an email saying my refund has been processed so I'm waiting for the money. Meanwhile I've had put more money on my credit card and book another flight, this time directly with flight company. We'll see, I'm ready to go to the police if they don't refund me quickly!
