I bought two pairs of sunglasses. They were as described. Postage is fast. Customer service is below average. Multiple voice mails and emails left about a problem with no reply.
Problem resolved after nearly 2 months - compensation received, thanks
Initial title of review: 39 Business Days and 3 Complaint Emails - still no Sunnies!
I ordered my Maui Jim Sunnies 39 Business days ago (15/02/2018) They still haven’t arrived. I sent 3 complaint emails by now and haven’t received a confirmation on what/when/where/how. No information that my delivery would be delayed and no compensation offer so far. Looking forward to hearing what iFrames is going to do to correct this...
>> Follow up message (25/04/2018) The initial delivery was delayed, then I followed up again and heard that my order ...was discontinued so I could either get a full refund (after waiting nearly 2 months) or choose another pair. I asked for compensation. They initial offered $20 and eventually offered $50 off another model. However, I couldn’t find another model I wanted and I told them to follow up on my initial order and seek it elsewhere. (I recommended the book RAVING FANS) in relation to Customer Service. The owner personally called me and I understood his situation better. He admitted it would have helped to call earlier to prevent the long wait and back/forth messages. I found the Sunnies I wanted at a local shop near me and I asked iFrames to give me the full refund and the $50 off on top so I could but the ones I wanted myself. They followed up on this within one week. I got the full refund and they were even so generous to go ‘above and beyond’ (after me stating very clearly what I thought would be fair) and now I finally have the Sunnies I wanted all this time! The owner is a hard-working guy. I would still consider to buy from iFrames in the future. Just check if something is available/in-stock. Thank you team for following up.
Ordered a pair of sunnies, but somehow checkout wasn't successful yet money been deducted from bank account. Send them email, they didn't respond any of that nor customer support number been answered.

Ordered myself a pair of raybans in March. Received them within estimated shipping time. received tracking emails to follow and the glasses are exactly the same as my pair brought from a local store except $120 less!!!! Very happy with my sunnies

Unusually slow compared to old standards!
From first ordering 19th March and receiving 22 April I have to say this experience with iframes leaves a lot to be desired! It took over 10 days to let me know the ones I ordered were not available anymore, general emails chasing up were taking a couple of days for a response and then it seemed like my new ones I choose were in the lab for 10 days and I was told because of Easter the lab was shut for 7 days, which was the reason for my delay. I have ordered previously twice before and thought the service was excellent... but it seems like thes...e guys are under staffed or just not bothered to provide the service they once offered. However the glasses I did receive are great so I have no complaints about their items. I would probably not order again if I'm not prepared to wait over a month to receive my item.
Not a great operating model
Bought a Versace frame and then I had the lenses made somewhere else. After a couple of weeks of wearing the frame the word Versace rubbed of from the frame and I send photos of the frame. They said that I must send the frame back to them risking breaking the frame and the lenses(the lenses were $250 on their own).
Great sunnies, great price, expedient delivery! I would definitely buy through iframes again and am going to refer my friends on :) the only thing was, the buying stage was a little confusing - I paid through PayPal, but still had to put in my credit card details to get through to the PayPal stage.
