Second class treatment by NBN

NBN is often down for a day at a time to increase the local capacity. This costs us severly in our business. It also costs us in time to contact iinet to fix the problem. Telstra customers get special consideration when this happens with limited up time each day. As well Telstra customers get notification whule we get none. We have been customers for 15 years had had much more sympathetic treatment in past years prior to the current ownership change.

I have been with this provider now for 11 years and have no thoughts about leaving. Very rarely have any problems but if I do they are dealt with quickly and always resolved. Would recommend them as a provider for anything looking

A smooth life with iinet

My experience over several years meant that I had no hesitation continuing with iinet into the new world of wireless NBN. A few hitches were resolved using their very efficient, patient and persistent help service. Happy to highly recommend iinet.

Not perfect and have seriously considered changing my provider.

I do not my find my connections reliable frequently I am unable to connect.
It is also very slow connecting to a web site and quite often drops out half way through the connection.

All very good from the start, then my router started turning itself on and off about a month ago. iinet have supplied me with a new rounter and everything is back to perfect again.

I have not experienced dropouts. On the rare occasions I have had to contact iinet, the consultant has been extremely helpful. If ever there has been an unusual problem, assistance has been sought from someone higher up.

Customer service is terrible

Got the wrong serial number assigned for first delivery, signed up again then they got the wrong address, had to sign up 3 times because they got it wrong twice.
