My service has been exceptional - been with iiNet for over 20 yrs - can't recommend highly enough
Very few if any dropouts - very satisfied - have had no issues since the original install -
the technician was fantastic - I'm in my 70's and he was very patient with assisting me

A reliable service for me
I have always found the service to be very reliable & any service faults have been fixed asap.
I have been with this service since it was Adam which is now some 18 years, if I was not happy I would not still be a customer.
Very great service, can't fault them. If I have had a issue, it's been dealt quickly. But not many problems. Have been with them over 4 years.

Quality of Service and Support
I have a been a home user and small business customer of iiNet now for over 15 years.
During that period of time I have always experienced excellent service and excellent back up and support.
iiNet were the firsts to introduce a call back system to stop you having to wait on line when calling for support and they have continued to be innovators in the ISP arena today.
I have several email accounts and exchange hoisting with iiNet Domain hosting and once again always receive excellent support.
You only find how good your customer support is when something goes wrong.
On the odd occasions when things haven't worked properly I have always received prompt and experienced technical service to rectify the problem. That's where iiNet really delivers.
In today's competitive ISP space I could not recommend iiNet highly enough.
Your staff is good but internet is not. Streaming takes all day. You watch a movie and it stops at least a dozen times.
Its not reliable it drops out at least four or five times a day. I have to reboot it everyday.
After multiple time to fix it it still does now work.
Reliable service and courteous assistance
Since installation my service has been extremely reliable. On the odd occasion of a drop out, service has been quick to resume with minimal inconvenience. On any occasion I have had cause to seek assistance with telephone connection or email problems, I have been treated with courtesy and the issues have been promptly resolved. I would have no problem with recommending the services of iiNET.
Friendly efficient service.
Our recent concern with our email connection was rectified by a very caring support person. The attention to detail and patience was superb and ticked all the boxes. As a long time satisfied user, we contacted Iinet to re- connect us to NBN in our new home. We have no hesitation in recommending Iinet.

Problem quickly solved!
I have had no problems with my NBN connection other than two instances when NBN overnight works left me no connection the following morning. In both instances iiNet diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly and efficiently.
Had so many troubles
I have had to call them numerous times in the first two months about connection problems, drop outs, slow speeds, had to get a new modem, had to upgrade my plan because of speeds and drops outs and it still occurs, not sure how this has got so many five stars, I have had nothing but trouble. I run three gaming consoles and it gets a lot of lag. Not happy
So far I've had only one dropout a couple of days ago and it ended up fixing itself just before i answered the phone and the lady who helped was polite and professional, she made sure that there was nothing wrong with my connection/equipment and told me that they are available 24/7, which i didn't know. There was no going through multiple service reps like other telecommunications networks, they also have call back service so there's no waiting on the phone. I also had to upgrade sometime last year and it was so easy, all online and all changed as soon as i clicked submit. Best deal for money too, out of all the services i looked at iinet was the best. 10/10

An excellent choice
I was automatically shifted to NBN when it became available in the Rockingham area in Western Australia. the switchover was seamless from both iinet and nbn's actions and I have not had any worries since. Speeds have been marginally slower than what I believed I would get however that has not seemed to degrade any downloads or uploads that I have required. Well done to all concerned.
IINet excellent Service
I have been with IINet for many years. I used to belong to AAPT and they were taken over by IInet. I was able to keep my e-mail address and this meant I did not have to notify anybody of any changes. They were very helpful when I moved from Tasmania to Melbourne. It took me a few month between leaving Tasmania and moving into my new house in Melbourne. The phone service and internet was connected on the specified day with no hassles. Connecting to the NBN when it become available was the same the equipment was delivered and I connected it with no problems. Most of the time the NBN works perfectly. So far I have had no problems with dropouts. The speed is not phenomenal but is good enough to do what I need to do, like downloading some videos and browsing. I am very happy with the service IINet provides.
The right service for me.
The service has been good, in about 2 years have only had 1 dropout and was resolved quickly with no issues. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone anytime.

When issues occur, Iinet have been very helpfull.
I have been an Iinet customer for over twenty years from dial up to NBN and now have all my services with them. Their service standard is clearly ahead of any other Australian Company.
Speeds not available in all areas
I have two nbn connections. One in Newcastle and one at Black Head, NSW. Both are fibre to the node. My Newcastle plan is a 25mb/s plan and is usually above 15, although on 18, 29 and 30/6/2019 speeds were dropping well below 5mb/s. My Black Head plan was originally a 25mb/s but iinet contacted me to tell me that they were unable to supply that speed and suggested that I look to a cheaper, slower plan. I found this annoying but can see that it’s not a fault of iinet but a fault with the pathetic FttN inflicted on me. My Black Head connection is quite distant from the node and the node would appear to be servicing too many residences, hence I’m sentenced to slow speeds. I’ve called nbn to complain but they refused to accept that they are the problem. I’m hoping that speeds to my routers are going to improve in the future, however at 67yo, I think that my kids will be the beneficiaries of any improvements. In all, however I’m very happy with the service I’ve received from iinet over the many years I’ve been with them, always prepared to help with anything within their control and I’ll remain with them and hope that nbn starts to pull their weight. Please note, the following ratings are for my Newcastle plan, my Black Head plan would not be as favourable.
Faultless Service - you can't get any better than that!
We have been with iiNet NBN service since the early days of the network role out and were fortunate to have a "fibre to the home" installation. The service has been excellent with only one downtime when we had a problem with the modem. It was replaced by iiNet efficiently and at no cost. Very unlikely we would ever consider changing, despite recieving several unsolicited offers.
An improvement on speeds.
I have had very little problems with drop outs.The only problem has been the user.
Any issues I have had have always been attended to in a timely and courteous manner.
Decades of great service
We have been with iiNet and its predecessors like Ozemail and Camtech for longer than we can remember. All of that time iiNet has given reliable service. When the inevitable happens and the service goes down it gets fixed quickly. In fact we have had more issues from the NBN than we ever have had with iiNet broadband. Great internet service.

We had to have a new modem provided because a power outage damaged the NBN box in our street and also our modem
Modem arrived in super quick time and technical support were very helpful during the installation
Currently have download speed of 13.9Mbps and upload of 12.5Mbps
