They replaced it with the same model which i can heat up 1 item for maybe max 3 minutes - then it cant be used again for about 90 minutes until the microwave cools down - spoke to eurolinx who advised ' that because they replaced the first microwave, they cant replace they second faulty one during the same warranty period'. i literally have no words ...........

Doesn't heat the food properly – We recently purchased a unit with ILVE products. The Microwave doesn't heat the food properly. We have checked all instructions and are following them correctly. It is taking at least twice as long to heat foods. Ilve contacted us. The lady was helpful but said it was normal for the product to be slow. I will never buy from ILVE/Eurolinx – Our new home come with all ILVE products. The Microwave was repaired multiple times and replaced only to become faulty again. was told I would receive a call......I was spoken to like I was trash. Poor quality product, poor service, poor process. I thought ILVE was a premium/quality brand but I can assure you it wasn't in my experience.

OK, but issues – Microwave is about 7 years old so can't complain too much. However, the start switch has been loose as long as we have owned it (came with our apartment, about 4yo at the time). Now it only works if you slam the door shut. Pretty sure it is because the top latch is loose and allows the bottom latch to move up a bit and not engage the switch. Poor quality, stopped working – Came with our new build, we moved in exactly 24 months ago. Has never worked well from day 1. It stops working, lights flash and it needs a reset by unplugging & turning off power all the time which is annoying as it is ‘built in’ ! Online troubleshooting manual is not helpful. Seems down on power – Seems low on power. Our 20 y.o 600 watt microwave would boil a cup of tap water in around 2.20 min. ,our 10 weeks old Ilvie 600 watt oven takes much longer, around 2.45 minutes, which is strange. Show details

quickly resolved with the immediate offer of a replacement microwave. Jan, the representative was so helpful and kind so I want to reassure all Ilve customers on here that the company does follow and respond to your concerns. I wish I had found a way to go to them directly in the first place but their interaction through Product Review has been outstanding. I am also grateful to Product Review itself for providing the forum in which to turn a disgruntled consumer into a big fan of the Ilve company. My advice is to give them a chance to put it right because they certainly will.

told it is out of warranty and they are unable to assist. I do not know how Ilve can sell what they call premium products that last for only 2 years. I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of the appliance and just as disappointed with the run around I've experienced from Ilve.

now again new one doesn't heat properly.

Next come rangewood, it is stopped working few weeks back . Called ilve they said it is out of warranty it is just under 3 years. Called autorized Technician with my out of pocket expence to check as per Ilve and they said motor stopped working & also switch board control stopped working to replace they quoted me around 550 to 700 AUD.

Next come dishwasher, This is one of the worst dishwasher from ILVE , it doesn't clean properly at all. Tried all the different option provided in the manually and it doesn't wash properly at all.

So I strongly advise people don't buys the ILVE products, All the products are worst in my personal experience and customer service also bad.

located behind the microwave and I can’t get to it without removing the trim, which is secured behind the closed door. It is Friday night and service calls won’t be answered until Monday. Given that I have waited 4 weeks for a part for my Ilve oven, ( also only 3 years old!) I would not recommend this product.

Great unit to have as a small oven – Great microwave/ oven unit. Easy to use and very easy to clean. Only thing is when the globe needs replacing the whole unit needs to be apart to get access to it. Many different functions to chose from. easy to clean with the removable glass tray inside the unit. can get finger prints very easy on the outside of the unit. a lot of cleaning with a young child in the house.  Show details

Sleek and stylish – Our new microwave looks great and works well. One of the best features is that it’s streamline and has a faceplate so there’s no need to clean around the microwave. melted away and I doubt that can be fixed. The oven is still good and i hope it lasts because I really love it.

I am yet to contact ILVE, but I have concerns that the Microwave has been discontinued.

All 3 appliances only had some minor surface scratches and little dents when i purchased them from Grayonline. There was absolutely no mention of any defects with these appliances.

I am very disappointed as ILVE is a high end product, I hope customer support will be able to help me out.

Pretty happy – We purchased this for our new home as we liked the built in look. It works perfectly and is very easy to use. The price was also very appealing, as we bought it during a sale. It took a while to get used to all the functions but the instructions are pretty clear  Show details

The lights were not working and sometimes it won't spin – I got this microwave which was included when I purchased my property. It's quite useful to use and the looks of it suits my kitchen and the food cooked was hot as expected however the lights stopped working after just one year and it also it sometimes spins sometimes doesn't.  Show details

A piece of usless junk - not even suitable as a boat anchor – Microwave was part of a Metricon Homes package - we only had it installed at Christmas, but when cooking it randomly shuts all power off then takes a few minutes before resetting itself. Nothing but trouble – 6months old, has never heated food when and has now stopped working. Normal meals that would take 8 min to reheat, now take 9 1/2 and still the food is sometimes frozen. Does the job – I chose this microwave because I liked the way it can be built in flush with my new kitchen cupboards. It was a bit tricky to install but once we worked it out it looks great. I have had it for three months and use it quite often I have had to adjust cooking times as it cooks differently to my old microwave. Horrendous Microwave – This $700 microwave is far worse than the $150 I previously had. Everything takes 3 times longer (despite the difference in wattage of 800 v 1200), so work that one out? stove perform well, but the dishwasher is poorly designed as you can't fit everything in + it doesn't do a great job of washing.

Overall, i'd avoid this brand. All style, no substance.

Best microwave – The microwave is sleek, stylish and modern. At first it was a little tricky to use but once I was used to it, it was easy enough. It makes little noise and is easy to clean. Ilve is a brand I have grown to love and trust. Their products haven't let me down.  Show details

It's OK! – This BUILT-IN MICROWAVE WITH TRIMKIT IV602BIM is not bad. Haven't actually cooked anything in it. but it takes too much time to warm up a cup of milk even though I've set it to the highest power. The good thing about it is it's quiet and Stainless Steel Built-in with the appealing look. and I don't know why there is no instruction or cook book available on the website? Does the job but nothing to get excited about – Although it does everything you want from a microwave the clock is always incorrect. But as far as a microwave goes it does all that is expected.
