Finally Customer Service.
I was finally able to talk to an experienced consultant who actually did what she said she was going to and that was to get answers. I was extremely frustrated with a lack of communication regarding the cancellation of a trip and it had taken several phone calls by me and emails sent by me before I was able to get a professional consultant to assist. Many thanks and as I said to her 11 out of 10 for her assistance.

Great trips
We have used imagine on numerous occasions an found them to be very helpful with all our enquiries. We will be using them again very soon.
They had to cancel two of our bookings and we received our credits promptly.
Looking forward to our next trip.
All our expectations were reached.

NT/SA Ghan Trip for August 2021
Scott was courteous, answered all questions, checked on hotel upgrades, did not rush.
Explained all concisely, including if covid-19 disrupts and insurance being imperative!
Scott is mature affable & creates confidence in booking this northern territory (Darwin to Adelaide on Ghan) trip for August 2021.
He gave contact details and a reasonable time frame for future payments.
I could not fault his attention to detail and he was very patient with senior travellers.
The type of travel consultant a seasoned traveller albeit older WANTS to deal with.

Don't part with your money
Anyone thinking of booking a holiday with Imagine Holidays AUS should definitely reconsider.
They've had over $15K of our money for over 90 days now leaving us no alternative than to report them to Fair Trading and the media and undertake action to recovery our funds

I can appreciate that this is of course a very frustrating time for you at the moment. With the large amounts of bookings that we have had affected by COVID-19 this does sadly mean that any refund timescales would be much longer than in usual circumstances. Please know that we have staff working around the clock tirelessly to get the answers that we need and process refunds back to our clients as well. These uncertain times have put a lot of pressure on the Travel Industry and I can assure you that we're working as hard as we possibly can to get round to everyone as soon as possible. Exceptional customer service
Fantastic dealing with imagine even in the crisis. All contacts were pleasant, informative and helpful as if given by friends. Nothing was a problem and staff were well trained and knowledgeable.
Great experience with Becky she was just sensational and a really lovely lady.
I usually travel overseas 3 or 4 times each year and now my first call will be to imagine - thanks Bec.

A wonderful supportive Company.
I want to thank the wonderful staff of imagine cruising for my refund of my Queen Mary cruise and holiday in South Africa especially their Auckland Office. I was a single supplement traveller, and I got as far as Perth. When told that we wouldn't be boarding our ship that day, and we would all need to find our way home I was very upset. The virus was now interrupting travel all over the world. Cunard were excellent in supplying all of us with hotel accommodation, and two days later I was on my way back to New Zealand, my fare paid for by Cunar...Read more

Outstanding Service Under Extreme Circumstances
Sadly due to Covid 19 we had two trips that were cancelled. The pressures that the Staff at Imagine Cruising were under must have been unbelievable yet at all times they were courteous, friendly and attentive. All emails from me were answered promptly and all phone calls answered with a positive thought. A huge thank you to all the Staff at Imagine, we do hope we can do business again. A positive Experience in Trust and Patience.
Booked trans Atlantic cruise October 2019 which was cancelled March 2020. Received full refund August 2020. Minimal contact required with 'Imagine Team'. Just trusted them and let them get on with their work.
Any and all communications were handled with courtesy. Appreciated occasional email updates on progress.
I am very happy (and fortunate) to have booked through 'Imagine' and will do so again if I remain fit enough to travel oversea after pandemic. Thank you again 'Imagine Holidays'.
