I was finally able to talk to an experienced consultant who actually did what she said she was going to and that was to get answers. I was extremely frustrated with a lack of communication regarding the cancellation of a trip and it had taken several phone calls by me and emails sent by me before I was able to get a professional consultant to assist. Many thanks and as I said to her 11 out of 10 for her assistance.
We have used imagine on numerous occasions an found them to be very helpful with all our enquiries. We will be using them again very soon.
They had to cancel two of our bookings and we received our credits promptly.

Explained all concisely, including if covid-19 disrupts and insurance being imperative!
Scott is mature affable & creates confidence in booking this northern territory (Darwin to Adelaide on Ghan) trip for August 2021.
He gave contact details and a reasonable time frame for future payments.
I could not fault his attention to detail and he was very patient with senior travellers.

Anyone thinking of booking a holiday with Imagine Holidays AUS should definitely reconsider.
They've had over $15K of our money for over 90 days now leaving us no alternative than to report them to Fair Trading and the media and undertake action to recovery our funds

A wonderful supportive Company.
I want to thank the wonderful staff of imagine cruising for my refund of my Queen Mary cruise and holiday in South Africa especially their Auckland Office. I was a single supplement traveller, and I got as far as Perth. When told that we wouldn't be boarding our ship that day, and we would all need to find our way home I was very upset. The virus was now interrupting travel all over the world. Cunard were excellent in supplying all of us with hotel accommodation, and two days later I was on my way back to New Zealand, my fare paid for by Cunar...d. My Travel Insurance wouldn't come to the party, and I thought I had lost all my money. This was to be my last holiday as I am 84 years old. What a wonderful wonderful surprise. I would recommend this company above all I have dealt with for the last sixty years of travelling the world. Excellent Imagine Cruising. Barbara, Auckland New Zealand.
Outstanding Service Under Extreme Circumstances
Sadly due to Covid 19 we had two trips that were cancelled. The pressures that the Staff at Imagine Cruising were under must have been unbelievable yet at all times they were courteous, friendly and attentive. A positive Experience in Trust and Patience.
Booked trans Atlantic cruise October 2019 which was cancelled March 2020. Received full refund August 2020. Minimal contact required with 'Imagine Team'. Just trusted them and let them get on with their work.
Any and all communications were handled with courtesy. Appreciated occasional email updates on progress.
I am very happy (and fortunate) to have booked through 'Imagine' and will do so again if I remain fit enough to travel oversea after pandemic. Thank you again 'Imagine Holidays'.
