Documentation indicates packaged holidays cancelled by Imagine Holidays are eligible for full refund .. and a (very small) compensation payment of $70 ... and I see others posting to this site have received full refunds. Read moreto take your money but if anything happens - not there fault and the money is gone. I have lost nearly AU$10,000 and they don't care. Do your homework and be wary of this company. I hope this helps.Thanks, I think I’ll back off as they seem to be only a travel agent and not an actual tour company like Scenic or APT. Think I’ll stick to a specialist company.
