Wouldn't get this mob to organise a chook raffle
1. don't communicate
2.don't read what they send to you and don't add commentary should you understand it
3.Aren't contactable either via phone, email or online...don't call back if and when they say they will
4.Have no idea what their partners are sending out, don't read it, just send it out and hope you understand it.
5.Essentially have no idea what a customer requires and even if they did, still don't know how to address it. Totally ruined our travelling experience.
Poor communication, last minute changes to our itinerary, confusing advice
We had trouble from the 'get-go'. Had to chase information re flights/accomadation - couldn't check-in our flights beforehand and when we tried at the airport still no luck so ended up asking Qantas staff. Had to hang around Adelaide airport until other people arrived (no name tags so it was a guessing game!). Our itinerary for Saturday was changed (very confusing advice), thought we were going to Kangaroo Island so up early only to be told no... we go tomorrow (weren't the only people who got it wrong). Next day up early again for KI - brea...kfast boxes a joke... fruit, juice and 2 small sugary pastries. My friend is gluten free and her box contained 3 pieces of fruit (had seen better days), a small yoghurt (no spoon) and no drink! The Kangaroo Island day trip is far too long, and certainly not worth the visit. We were however very delighted with the Murray River cruise and would highly recommend it however would suggest booking this yourself! We talked to a number of other people on the tour and found they had had similar experiences so will not be booking any further tours with Imagine.

Our holiday was changed at the last minute. We were promised a refund but so far nothing and I can’t get an answer when I try to ring and my emails can’t be sent
A very, very poor service
Like many of your reviewers who booked with this company we received our tickets at the very last moment. I have a heart condition and this caused me enormous stress resulting in us not being able to book some excursions because, of course, by now they were sold out..
They know how we feel and yet they are still bombarding us with sales and marketing junk daily. I have received over 200 emails, all deleted of course but very annoying. Try not to give them your mobile. They make it near impossible to unsubscribe.
I could have booked direct with the cruise line Cunard and saved a ton of money. Strongly advise this course of action.

Terrible customer servicel
Very poor communication. Had to ring up several times. Was repeatedly told i would get relevant info by email next day. Took 4 phone calls and 10 days to get the info requested.
Wanted to cancel holiday because it was obvious parts would not go ahead because of Covid in the NT. Was patronizingly told it would be ok - only to have 2 if the 7 days cancelled. No communication about the cancelled part if the holiday. Post holiday communication very poor.

Our trip from Perth to Darwin, excursions to Litchfield, Kakadu, Arnhem Land, Darwin River cruise was perfect. The double Tree Hilton Esplanade was fantastic, one of the best breakfast buffets in Australia. The excursions were perfectly organised, the comments about nature, Aboriginal culture and geological facts were interesting, relevant and fascinating.
The four day trip on the Ghan was great, the excursions highly organised and well executed, the food delicious and the drinks plentiful. Even on the remote plateau of the Breakaway Range awai...

Fantastic, well organised, enjoyable Trip
Our Murray River Cruise, Kangaroo Island and Barossa Tours where all fantastic. Sealine were superbly organised, courteous, friendly, helpful, and enjoyable to be around. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything ran like clockwork. The only slightly negative was that the day-trip to KI was rather long but the scenery was great. Thoroughly enjoyed it all.

Last year’s cruise itinerary was greatly affected by Covid. Vanessa and her team got us safely home from the UK and now is maintaining the travel credit from that trip. Always pleasant, helpful and accurate as possible through these torrid times

Problems with P&O UK re an aborted cruise in 2020 . Credit was offered but at an advanced age I cannot use . Vanessa has been so helpful - given me hope for

DO NOT book ANY holiday with Imagine Holidays
A few months ago we booked a Northen Territory tour with Imgine Holidays.
The places we visited ( Uluru, Alice Springs, Darwin, Kakadu) were great but the organisation and communication with Imagine Holidays was shoking. Worst we have experienced in 40 years of travelling in Oz and around the world.
We are still waiting on refunds and air travel credit.
I have been chasing them for months...just like other people as listed in reviews written by others.
Let me give some examples of their shortcomings...

Great holiday with a couple of bumps
We have recently returned from a holiday booked through Imagine Holidays of the red centre, Darwin and Katherine. All transport and some transfers, hotels and excursions were included. Most meals were not. It was a fantastic trip seeing this part of our own country for the first time. Flights were with Qantas and Jetstar and all hotels were top notch, eg Hilton in Darwin and Sails in the Desert in Yulara. All excursions were with AATKings with a driver/guide, all of whom were very good drivers and very knowledgeable of the area we were visiting.... The sounds of silence dinner and the field of light were included. So the trip ticked every box snd then some. We did experience a couple of bumps. When we received our paperwork I noticed there was no transfer between Yulara and Alice Springs, I checked with Imagine who assured me all was OK. On arriving at Yulara (which is about as remote as a resort can get) we realised there was no transfer. This is where we made a mistake as we purchased our own at considerable cost. All flights were fully booked so we had a 5 hour bus ride, which was very comfortable and we enjoyed scenery and wildlife that we would not have seen from an airplane. Next bump was on arrival at our hotel in Alice Springs as they had no record of our booking. This time I did the right thing and contacted the emergency phone number for Imagine (this was supplied with our paperwork). Within 15 minutes Sean had the problem sorted and we had a room. I also spoke to Sean regarding reimbursement of our bus cost, he assured me this would be paid. We have now been home a week and all costs, including the credit card fee, have been paid to us. We are booked on another Imagine Holiday next year for Perth and the Indian Pacific and looking forward to this bucket list trip. Imagine provide good quality packages which are value for money and we will continue to use them.
Imagination Holidays is a more accurate name.
Booked a horrific cruise with this company.
We are a retired (elderly couple) and this was to be our trip of a life time and my thankyou to my loving, infirm, wife.
Booked a cruise with this company, before Covid. They assured me that we would be safe and took our money. We flew to Singapore and were placed into a shabby hotel before the cruise. I would rate the hotel as 2 star, very small room and no restaurant. There was not one representative of the company to assist us in this strange country.

Bad arrangement of times for departure
My husband and I have just finished our tour of Adelaide kangaroo island and paddle boat cruise. All was lovely had a great time. But we were dropped off at airport at 11am and I flight wasn’t til 6 pm. This was very distressing.

Having just been advised of the cancellation of our KImberley experience packaged tour Ex Perth to Darwin, including accommodation extension which was added to our package by imagine holidays, a trip which was due to depart last Friday July 2, although a full travel credit voucher has already been issued ... we would like to know why a full refund was not offered? Documentation indicates packaged holidays cancelled by Imagine Holidays are eligible for full refund .. and a (very small) compensation payment of $70 ... and I see others posting to this site have received full refunds.
