Hired Improvid (Jason) though Hipages to do landscaping which involved asphalt, a retaining wall and 40m2 of grass including a soak well. Throughout the lengthy project which had a quoted duration of 5 days and extended to 3,5 months (allowing for a 3 week delay for rain) all I had was excuses, hidden costs and inconvenience. The site was often left in a mess with scrap, overburden and BBQ remnants. At the end of the day this project cost 30% more than quoted and took 15 weeks to complete.
