Hi we have a Metricon home & this oven was part of a upgrade.m we have had a serviceman out today for he 5th time. The largest burner on the gas hot plate won’t stay alight. It has had numerous part changes. Worked today for first time with agent then not working again tonight. Oven door is in a slant surely that’s bit right

I have this oven (RU9EGB) installed on its adjustable feet by my builder. The oven is working good and I’m happy with it. It’s just that it’s not sitting stable and a little wobbly. This is my first time using this kind and I’m not sure if that’s something normal but believe it should not be. Is there something wrong ? Perhaps wasn’t installed properly?

I would contact your builder, in no way should the unit be wobbly. That's actually quite dangerous.

Hi Fams, yes we would also suggest getting in contact with your builder who's installed it. It may be that the legs haven't been fitted correctly. Thanks.
