We recently moved to new office premises (14 workstation) and spent a lot of time investigating alternative suppliers and configurations. These guys were terrific to deal with throughout - their sales guy was not only responsive but genuinely helpful - giving impartial advice, thinking outside the box, coming up with alternative solutions and all out keen to help. It came down to a choice of two suppliers and I am delighted we went with Infiniti. The whole experience has exceeded my expectation. The implementation was seamless - the tech guy...had everything set up and ready to walk in on day one - very user friendly - and very straight forward training (on Avaya) for the staff. He resolved issues with Telstra (who stuffed us around with a whole bunch of issues I won't go into here) and was extremely accommodating about rescheduling return visits to deal with these issues. I have found the entire team a delight to deal with at every touch point and would have no hesitation to recommending their service to any other business of our size. And they all speak English :)
Dealing with Infiniti was refreshing. The pricing was spot on and the pre and post sales service and support was brilliant. The new phone system solution they implemented has genuinely changed the way we work for the better plus they were also able to save us money.
I couldn't recommend them strongly enough for anyone looking for the right solution from a company that knows exactly what they're doing.
The worst phone company on earth
These guys are an absolute joke - totally marketing driven and absolutely no service at all. The absolute worst phone company in Australia in my experience. There seems to be no communication between different parts of the business and absolutely no ability to solve issues. They love sending out big invoices for trying to rectify there own problems... use at your peril.
Shocking Customer Service, Bad products.
Originally approached them for a Panasonic phone system and was convinced to go Alcatel-Lucent by their sales member. Go it installed and have had nothing but troubles ever since. Shocking customer service from the second week of purchase. Asked to do all these checks with Telstra which cost our company money. Had system reprogrammed twice, then had replaced once with a reconditioned unit and still a lemon. This issue has been running for 4 years. Don't use Infinity as you will not get any compassion or help from them. Use another company if you consider service an integral part of your purchase.
Bad Waranty, No customer service, No quality assurance, No client care
Take Your Money and Delay Delivery
After speaking with customer service and then purchasing a wireless headset and hookset and being promised delivery in four days once my card information was processed and they had my money I get an email saying they are back ordered. The ETA for my order is now 7 days later, this is just poor service - dont use them
Bad Business Practice
Beware unscrupulous operators
Buyer beware. We purchased an avaya office telephone system from infiniti telcommunications. Avaya is a Good product however Infiniti telecommunications are what i would describe as dodgy operaters. They would not help us at all with any after sales service unless we paid $75 per half hour or $150 an hour. Even to change the time on the phone system we were told it would cost nearly $150. After a power failure in our suburb the phone system did not restart and we were charged $500 to have their tecnician come in and restart the system, we were ...advised that if the system turned off it needs to be rebooted, not very practical for a business i am sure you would agree I thoroughly recommend the Avaya phone system just do not buy from Infiniti telecommunciations they are a very poor company who prey on selling you the system at a low price and then set it up to milk money from you. Infiniti telecommunications are very dodgy operators
Very poor after sales service
We purchased an Avaya System through Infiniti in June 2010, a significant investment for any small business. Initially the service was great, sales team highly proactive and engaging. Once the contract was signed and phones installed we were left to drift the world of telecommunications unassisted! We cannot fault our actual telephone system however the set up and after sales support comes with added charges which are highly inflated in comparison with market value. I would enter into a contract very cautiously with this "leading Telecommunications Company servicing metro & regional areas" - there is no service and extremely poor, in fact, terrible follow-up.
Expensive & no warranty service or assistance.
