Hi Amsi,what I've explained is my experience. Could be different to others. To be honest I am still chasing up with them for some maintenance work even after 13 months of handover. Some are major. And my major concern was their communication and un-professional way of handling situations. I did my first home and it was a nightmare and delayed for months. I can only recommend not to go with them but purely decision is yours. Thanks

I have been chasing them for 2 and half years to fix my house leaking problem and they seems to blocked me. Now the never reply my emails and never answer my phone calls

What happened Preet?

Paperwork was ok but as soon as the paperwork was signed is where the problems began. From contract signing to get on site took 9 months (yes, 9 months!). And the construction time from start to end was 20 months.

So as you can imagine 9 months to get on site then another 20 months of construction was a very long painful process. The previous build we did before this one with another builder was inside 12 months total.

My suggestion to anyone thinking of using this company, DO NOT! We have had problems from day 1 and still are trying to amend some of them. This company does not care about fixing things properly. All they care about is getting paid and that's it! Vcat is our only avenue now to go down.

Hey Craig, What did you get them to do for you and what issues were you having with them if you don't mind me asking as I was actually thinking of using them but now I'm hesitant because of your comment. Your reply will be much appreciated.

Stay clear of this company. They are absolutely thieves. All they want is your money and they will cut corners where they can to reduce their own costs. Quality is pretty average. We had the unfortunate luck to build our first house with them and problems started once the contract was signed. So many errors despite things clearly marked on the plans and then they try to say 'that's just what we do as standard'. They will promise you so many things only for you to find out you didn't end up getting them once your house is built. We are still trying to get them to errors and maintenance items with absolutely no response and the handover was more than 12 months ago. I can prove all this, I have that in writing in emails. Stay clear of this builder, there are plenty of better options out there. Even there own tradies told us how they screw them around when I had the chance to speak to them.
