Terrible isn't even the rating they deserve, negative terrible suits better!!!
Appalling - Rude - Running their own game, not one that abides by the tenancy act - informed - don't know how they got their licence to operate as property managers.
they do what they want not what they can. Arranging repairs with trades people that are clearly untrained and have no idea how to repair something simple. Arrange repairs without tenant or others notified and then send the bill to them and demand they pay. Don't allow insurance claims, or others trades to quote. Have no respect for the RTA.
Tried to replace a worn item with ...one of 3x the value and expected the tenant/people to just except it and pay for it when it was not even their fault, it was a maintenance issue. I believe they need to be investigated to misconduct and if they actually have licence. I could go on for days about why you should not use this so called business and why you should warn everyone.
Infinity Property Solutions are Unprofessional property Managers would never recommend to anyone!
We moved into a beautiful home managed by Infinity Property Solutions, one of the property Managers lived in the house before we took over the lease, when we moved in there was rubbish left out the back, both rubbish bins were full of rubbish the lids could not be closed, the out side of the house had dog prints cobwebs and dirt around the house which meant that the house had not been water blasted, the oven inside the house was still dirty to the point where there was grease running down the glass of the oven door which was clearly visible. Be...ing a property manager we expected all cleaning and rubbish to be to a property managers standard, when we brought these issues to their attention the house was water blasted which was great, the oven was wiped out but then we were given instructions on how to unscrew the oven glass to get the grease marks off ourselves, we were assured that the box of rubbish full of grass cuttings and dog blankets was going to be picked up and removed which it never was. Repairs on the property were non existent, any repairs took months to action, one particular issue was the toilet door lock, everytime you locked the door the lock would jam and was impossible to unlock. My 2 year old son locked the door accidentally and he was stuck in there and terrified, we had to actually climb through the toilet window to get him out. We rang Infinity Property Solutions as soon as we got him out to get someone out the fix the problem to prevent it from happening again and her instructions to me was to take the door off the hinges and to leave the door off until it got fixed. We were shocked with her response, I don't know how they could expect guests and other members of our family to go to the toilet with no toilet door for privacy. To make it worse it took them a further few months to get the door handle fixed.. The water pump on the property kept on cutting out our power supply it happened many of times and one particular time we were left with no power for 7 hours, we had no source or cooking, no use of the toilet, and all our food in our fridge/freezer had defrosted, I let Infinity Property Solutions know of the problem straight away and we were given no time frame to when it would be fixed. 4 hours had passed and they still had no idea on when someone would be out, I called RTA for advice and they informed me to give Infinity a time frame and if its not fixed by then we could actually get it fixed and send Infinity the bill to get reimbursed. When I communicated this to Infinity Property Solutions her response was to stop "Harassing Me" and hung the phone up while I was still talking. Infinity Property Solutions informed both me and my Husband that the owner paid for water consumption, we never received a water bill the whole 2 years being tenants but when we received a letter stating that the owner did not want to renew our lease giving us no explanation to why he came to this decision we received a water bill, we received the bill 2 weeks before we vacated the property which was dated October 2013 to march 2012 and our lease ended mid August 2013 so after 5 months of receiving the bill they decide they wanted us to pay for the water...leading up to the final weeks of our tenancy we were assured we would receive a vacating pack with all the information on how they expect the property to be cleaned and how hand over of the keys would take place, we never received any letters, emails, or calls from Infinity. I sent several emails stating we did not receive anything and we still had no reply email, calls or letters?? Several times we have had conversations with Infinity Property Solutions that have been degrading, rude and unprofessional to the point where they have hung up on us on a number of times. We were promised so many things and they never followed through with their word, Infinity Property Solutions have treated my family unfairly and their customer service needs to handled in a more professional manner. I will never recommend Infinity Property Solutions to anyone! We also have friends that have been through this company who have had the same issues, they are a nasty pair of Property Managers who are unprofessional, Rude, discriminating, who don't know how to do their jobs properly.
