I don't have an answer for that, but whenever I've had an issue I contact innovations and they did get in touch after a couple of days and we're very helpful.
Dose Innovations not hae pay in 4 anymore
I have always been happy with Inno' and for clothes they fit well BUT that's if you can get what you want. I tried for a pair of cullottes and they had run out of stock and weren't getting anymore in as yet. It seems to me that they don't order enough stuff considering they are from Australia too so by the time they get to my box in NZ there is nothing left of what you want -so frustrating. I too love their bedspreads they are gorgeous although I read where a lady ordered a KS for a Q bed but I just order a Q and it fits really well. Anyway just sayn

We do try to order enough for our customers however some items are so popular they sell out very quickly. If you receive our catalogue, which is posted in New Zealand it is a slower way to find out about our products. What is wrong the phone system at Innovations. We have been calling for days. They answer but cannot hear us. Our phones work on all other numbers called.

Just wondering how Innovations can deduct a payment from someone's account by using just the last 4 digits only of an account that I may not have even used before ? I rang them today and they couldn't even tell me if I had used Paypal for previous purchases OR my Credit card, so how does that work ? and their is nowhere in my account to even see what type of payment or card I used previously and I went through my bank statements to see which account I had used for my previous 2 orders and nothing is showing up for Innovations. They told me I have to wait for a few days to see if my payment is coming out of the right card, because I never store my saved card details online for purchases with any company, but Innovations should have somewhere in an account holders profile to update preferred card details for purchases because I never use the same card, it depends on my situation at the time as to how I pay.
You can always go and have a look at your Paypal account which will show you all the details. I always use Paypal as I think that provides the most security and I have never had any problems getting my money back if things have gone wrong. Hope that helps. Your credit card account should also show if the account was paid by via Paypal.
I did that but PayPal is only showing me transactions for this year, I needed to see transactions for 2021

I am waiting for the delivery of the rest of my order. Order no. PA4350374. Part of it has arrived but I am getting anxious about the remainder. It is all paid for and the part of it received was okay.

Probably. You'd have to ask Innovations. Should have kept your order receipt or email. I'd pay by paypal if you can though. Personally I won't ever buy thru them again

Click once only. There are two arrow heads to the right of the quantity. Press the top one to increase and the lower one to decrease.
Hi L J M, Apologies for the issue you are encountering. Could you let us know what device (Desktop, iPhone etc) you are on and we will investigate. On desktop it should clear the 0 when you click in the box and you can retype the quantity. On iPhone / iPad when you click the 0 if should show you a pop up list of quantity options.
