Terrible internet and blatantly ripped off on hardware
NBN finally became available for my business area 3 years ago. Straight away I had a sales person from Inspired show up.
Keen to get onto the NBN I signed up.
Biggest regret i have had in business so far.
Firstly their internet speed is terrible. I complained plenty of times over the 3 year period and got many different excuses. Download speed ranged from 7mbs to at best 14mbs. I did speedtests a lot.
Just changed to Aussie Broadband and speed solid at 45-47 mbs.
Biggest rip off was the hardware they supplied.
I'm paying $88 per month on a 5 ...
Force to sign up and can't deliver the service as promise
I lives in the remote area and my off peak highest speed only reach 13Mbps download and 17mbps upload. I have complaint about the service I have paid for does not match the speed they are supposed to provide. Finally check my bill again and I get stink different amount each month even I have paid the bill before due date.
I think I will submit the claim to ombudsman to sort this monkey out.
Do not use this provider
Has been a nightmare. I work for a pensioner couple. A month of no internet waiting for a replacement modem after their new one failed. hours and hours of phone calls. finally arrive, non congigured of course *they said it was). Then to top it off, sent a bill for the 'free' replacement modem.
Waited 3 weeks for a replacement modem - still not here after multiple calls. No home phone or internet. Absolute muppets. Don’t use these guys. Furious outraged uninspired muppets that don’t know what they are doing
These people could not organise a sugar rush at a child's birthday party. And when they are contacted for tech or billing errors (of which there are many) they respond with all the ways it is the customer's fault, deny and deflect. They are the first to send collection calls out the day you might be late to pay, but will promise call backs on tech issues that never happen, will give reference numbers for complaints that when you call back have no file notes from prior calls and will outright lie about trying to contact you and not being able ...to reach you. Currently in the middle of a Telecommunications Ombudsman Complaint and they are still lying and deflecting. The main office might be in Melbourne, but from the grammar in the emails and the accent as well as the attitude of the phone centre they outsource to India - and don't even think about calling to complain if you are female - they will literally speak over you and tell you that they are trying to simplify their answer so you can understand.
Scam phone call harrasing me
This company was using a call centre to harass me to sign up. Dodgy tactics = dogy company in my opinion. Avoid like the plague unless you fall for their rubbish.

Where do i even start! The phone calls of them calling me a lier saying they didnt speak to me the day before when they clearly did. They stopped my other connection with no permission from me at all, i have had the modem for 9 days now still without internet because of some "technical issue". I have 1 day left before the cooling down period of 10 days where you can still cancel it, i haven't even gotten to try the internet out and judge it because it hasn't been connected still! And ill ring up again today just for them to tell me im a lier ag...ain probably and there is still a technical issue! So now i have no internet at all and im running off my phone because you cancelled my other one without any notice of permission or even knowledge of you doing so!!! Unbelievable!
Lying to force a NBN subscription
Called us right after our area was ready to connect to NBN and claimed not to be telemarketing and impersonated to be a government representative. Since we've already given a go to our current provider Mate for the switch to NBN we were very surprised that after a minute or two in the conversation we were told they were going to cancel our subscription with Mate so they could hook us up with their NBN program. TLDR: blatently lying to trick customers into a contract with them.
Very satisfied with the connection. Internet speed is fast and very reliable company. Also the customer service is very good. Have been using their service for a while now. Never had any major issues. Would highly recommend Inspired Broadband.
My connection type is NBN. The modem was delivered fast by a tech guy after setup. The connection and support has been super fine. Maintenance cut outs were understandable and the service has been satisfactory
I am fully satisfied with the connection. We have moved the telstra broadband nbn into our new house. Have been using the services since 2.5 months now. Have not experienced any signal drop outs. Happy with the services.
Knowing of many NBN upgrade disasters stories in my area, I held off for as long as possible. In the end IBB offered me good deal that fulfilled all my requirements with promise of great bandwidth, speed, reliability and reassurance of no problem changeover. I also had calls from tech support advising me on changeover. Now seven weeks into my new service all is well with no problem and speee is good. Initially I had issues but tech support has always been proactive and sorted issues with timelines. Great work IBB.!!!!
High speed. Good Customer service
Got connected with NBN service of Inspired Broadband. High speed and good network connectivity. During troubleshooting, customer service also responded positively and my queries were answered in a responsible and in a quick time.

Well Guess what surprise , surprise, yep, you guessed it, the phones are not working.
When we got in at 7:30 am this morning, we were not receiving phone calls in or able to dial out.
We have reset the server and we can dial out, but we can not dial in.
This is a regular occurrence. Clearly as we now know this is going on, and we are checking and monitoring we are finding the constant results of your extremely bad service.
Clearly our down turn in sales has something to do with the phones consistently dropping out without us being aware of it.
This has now happened every day since last Thursday, and 2 or 3 times on some days.
...This is totally unacceptable. Rite now as I waste more time we can not get enquires into our business. This phone No. is our primary no. It is advertised on all our advertising material, letter head, advertising, e mail footer, internet etc. It is now 7:58 am I have tried ringing the 6 different contact no’s you and your staff have left for us. Not 1 of them respond, most just say our call can not be connected. What are you going to do? And when? Seems you do not have a clue as what is going on.
Inspired BROADBAND are the most disgusting service I have ever used..
Inspire broadband are the most disgusting service I have ever used, never delivered what they promised, the service would be constantly slow or non existant and when I changed service provider trying to claim outstanding funds that I simply do not owe.. In fact I paid for a month of service and received no service from them. Not happy and would never recommend them.
