Great product at a good price.

I have previously had a Breville Fast Slow Pro. Whilst this was a good pressure cooker, I swapped to the Instant Pot for its stainless steel bowl. The Breville had more control over pressure cooking settings, I would recommend the instant pot first because of the number of recipes available online that are only either "high" or "low" pressure anyway. The stainless steel bowl means I can safely give it a good scrub and no concerns about damaging it. It's also a lot cheaper. I haven't used the sous vide function.

Purchased in September 2020 at Costco NSW, Marsden Park for $169.00.
