I found the whole process very easy and efficient and the experience was made more enjoyable by the knowledgeable staff who provided great design insight into picking the right suit for my wedding. The suit arrived within 4-5 weeks of ordering and with one more fitting and adjustment, I was done. Very pleased with the final product, it looks and feels amazing. I would definitely return.

I was a groomsmen in my mates wedding, he chose Instichu and so we had no choice but to use them for all our suits. I found the staff obnoxious and pushy, meaning a bespoke suit not possible, but rather an overpriced regular suit. They barely measure you up, but rather ask for your normal sizes (e.g. 32 pants, medium shirt) and use this to create your garment. I have used two other bespoke suit places before and both measure you up from head to toe, creating garments of the perfect fit. The material feels cheap on my skin, and the shirt collar ...

Went into Perth showroom for my fitting with Kahlia-Rose as my stylist on 29/08/2020. She was very attentive to my needs and concerns, and she knew the fabrics very well in terms of how it would look like when the suits would be constructed. When I picked up my two suits on 29/09/2020, they were the absolute perfect fit, with only the first initial measurements taken, there was no adjustments needed at all.

Will be going back in the next few weeks to reorder new suits with the rest of the Woman’s fabric range.

The staff at the Adelaide show room are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. As a 195cm tall guy whom has definitely packed on the pounds since COVID hit, they made me feel very comfortable and handled the situation with kindness and tact. I love having a shirt that fits (especially the sleeves) and look forward to buying more clothes from Instichu in the future.

I could not be more pleased about how well I was treated by the people at Institchu. I was offered time and attention and felt listened to and heard. The garments I received are second to none. I rate this experience as highly as my visit to a man named LR in his family’s atelier ‘Rubinxxxx’ in Naples two years ago where one pair of manny trousers cost about the same as a regular offtherack suit. Yea yea yea aficionados will tell you all sorts of stories about stitches, minor details, silk spun from virgin pupae living in guarded nunneries in 12th century castles blah blah blah. My daughter has some disabilities and hates wearing dresses so we opted to get a suit custom made for her to wear to an upcoming formal event. Frida at InStitchu provided us with excellent customer service and was very accommodating of my daughters needs. The fitting process was spot on and no adjustments were needed when the suit arrived. Quality of the product is amazing, and such a perfect fit! The staff were amazingly helpful and not pushy, they were there simply to help me find a garment that fit me well.

This was the first tailor made suit I've bought, and it will be the last. it was the worst fitting suit Ive ever put on. Sleeves on the jacket were too short, too tight, I couldnt button the jacket up and I had LOST weight since the suit measure, the pants looked like I was expecting a flood, the leg cuffs were above my ankles and the amount of butt crack i needed to show to get the length right would put a plumber to shame. This suit would have been marginally acceptable if I was going to imitate Ariana Grande, get wheeled to my destination and just stand there trying to look alive, but I walk, sit, bend to get in and out of cars and generally move, this suit hindered this greatly.

I chose institchu because I wanted a tailored look, off the rack pants and jackets don't fit my body type. In store I was offered one of the higher quality fabrics and it has generated the most compliments for me of any garment this year. The pants are fitted but also comfortable, which is otherwise unheard of in my closet. I have bought shirts and pants for work and I have bought shirts and pants for smart casual and I will keep using Institchu because there is no alternative at the same price that gets me the same results. The perfect fit guarantee was helpful on a shirt which I thought looked good enough but Loris insisted could be better. I would recommend Institchu.

I recently bought a suit from this company for a wedding. The company representative came to my house, discussed my needs in detail and walked me through the entire process of having a suit tailor made. It was a very easy experience that gave me a great suit, shirts and silk ties at a great price. The work was much appreciated.

My groomsmen and I had a terrific experience with Katelyn at the Institchu showroom on George Street. I know roughly what colour and style I wanted for the suits my groomsmen would wear, but the service we received was spectacular. Everything was configurable from the basics like the overall fit to the kind of stuff you don't think about like button styles/numbers to the pocket types. We received the suits very quickly after finalising the design and only very minor alterations were needed after that. I couldn't recommend Institchu highly enough.
