Skeptical at First, Proved Wrong
I had an issue with the cooling fan of my Jaguar XF. I had purchased this extended warranty 2 years back when I purchased the car. I thought like most other companies, they would find some loopholes to not process my claim. But to my surprise It was processed pretty fast. Would definitely recommend.

So glad we opted to cover our BMW for 5 yrs with Integrity Warranty. We purchased the car 6 months ago and have just had our alternator replaced using our warranty. We couldn't fault the whole process with Integrity. Super fast approval. We had our car back within 2 days of approval. Excellent customer service from the Integrity team. They were friendly and helpful throughout. It was totally hassle free. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Integrity.
Waste of money - totally unreasonable.
Purchased a second hand i30 and an Integrity warranty. After a year found that the car had developed an engine knock and needed a new engine. not the dealer's fault, not our fault, an internal engine failure. Integrity denied the claim as the car hadn't been serviced sufficiently before our purchase, we needed the dealership manager to intervene on our behalf, finally got a good result, a new engine. The car had a 100 point safety check prior to sale and was fit for purpose when sold, what the hell is an extended warranty for if it doesn't cover issues post sale?
Deny cover engine part failure
We broke down 6 hours from home and had a dealer organising the repair when they told us that Integrity do not cover EGR valves. The EGR valve is part of the engines emission control system as it feeds combustible gas back into the engine. The EGR valve has failed as it's stuck open and causing malfunction of the engine and transmission which are both covered. The age of the vehicle points to a breakdown / failure not wear and tear. This vehicle is low age and kilometers and has been serviced as per the required schedule by integrity. We are bo...th health care workers and now have difficulty getting to work as the car is stuck in Cooma and we live in Sydney. We made it to the dealership in Cooma and then organised our own transport home. I find it outrageous that this claim has been denied when a young vehicle 2015 Ford Mondeo was purchased and advised to get peace of mind with a integrity warranty. I understand consumable parts however EGR valve is not what most consider consumable at $1700. Very disappointing as all service criteria had been meet.

Bought the vehicle Oct 2020, had fuel sensor issue , took a bit of to & fro between mechanic and integrity but it got sorted for repair, on repair it was identified Oil Cooler was faulty, Mechanic made call to Integrity and issue sorted quickly and efficiently. Would recommend extended warranty to anybody.
Smooth Claim Approval on extended warranty
I got a BMW 04 530i and recently had some transmission problems, I got referred to a german car specialist who targeted the problem and made a quote, tho the dealer is deemed to be at fault, as a gesture of goodwill, Integrity approved $1500 and over top of that $500 for car hire I had. Previously for similar transmission problem, they approved claim of around $2600. So if anyone thinks that if you get any uncertain problem in your car and insurance doesn’t cover, its hoax. These guys do. Being dead honest, I had issue with just 1 staff from cl...aim who was rude, whereas the manager took the notice if it and rectified as I was clear that I only speak to people who give respect. Rest whoever I have spoken to yet, its all been good. I am a car enthusiast who is against extended warranties but trust me, these guys kept there words to me, so indeed I would recommend them.

We were without our car for 3 weeks because our amazing extended warranty covered practically nothing. Even when the policy states that it did, they still wriggled their way out of it.
No one replies to you...they ignore your emails or when they do reply, they are snarky.
Would avoid an extended warranty with Integrity at all costs...so not worth the toll it takes on your mental health.

Generally you can access the warranty. Its limited in claim payment value. Certain aspects aren't very clear of what is /isn't covered. Also requirements for a successful claims are deceptive. Ie service log isn't enough. They require you (hopefully) kept complete service invoices. Note ( service log stamped and dated by service mechanic isn't enough) Furthermore, . Each time I have called I am unable to understand the telephonist/s. She , each time, speaks unclearly and at excessive speed over lapping words until almost impossible to un...derstand especially as her voice volume is also intermittent. A clear speaking voice is a lost art in our modern world. Also telephonist seems to want to rush the call without need for customer to be satisfied with the information/results. Luckily the warranty policy wasn't overly expensive. It's likely that I might see my financial value met through claims approved . But; I will feel that I have worked for it. Its unlikely that I will purchase a warranty from integrity again. Definitely some training for telephonist would be helpful.
