I called Dulux in December/January this year to complain that it did not seem like their Bunnings product part B didn't seem to be mixing properly (have photos) the customer representative was unable to answer my query, just said sounds ok see what happens, I finished the coats (didn't see any real other option but to trust that that was it).
I think there must be a problem with the product because I have used 3 other produc...ts on different applications and this is easily the softest/worst, cheap Cabots, oil based two pack, water based single pack industrial. The issue with this is that it has left marks everywhere!! I can't refinish the floors on this property million dollar Queenslander. Sure it looks ok when it goes down (water based clear finish), but the scratch marks are unbelievable, the softness of the product is incredible!! This has to be a broad problem, please let me know if you have had this problem, there needs to be recourse. I called up 21 days after to complain and they said wait longer, I am waiting on the Dulux team, to get in contact but this has to be a technical fault with the product. My belief is that the products shouldn't have been on the shelves (I don't think the harderner was mixing). I have read similar reviews this must be a broad problem in their product that they should know about!!
