Well its been a dream run, after over 12 months of perfect connection, I have dropped out twice in a 2 week period, But both times have been due to a power outage , Not internodes problem.

I tried the big companies tried to get connected hopeless weeks and weeks wasted.
A friend referred me to Internode and I have Never looked back.
Service is Gold from start of engagement never any issues with speed streaming never had a drop out of service. Price is Good as well.
Very happy customer Sooooooooooooooooo Happy. Have Been on a cap plan Month to Month so happy have moved to unlimited. Customer service is above and beyond I am a senior citizen alwaystreated with respect all questions answered in one phone call so easy.

I am having a problem with an outage of my ADSL service that has been going on for a few weeks. The service centre in the phillipines gives terrible service. They have operators who are unable to communicate in english and in trying to understand what is happening I have to get a supervisor. Today's example was terrible, no refund for lack of service and when I demanded somebody the woman hung up. Surprise surprise I didn't get the email from internode requesting my ranking of the service which is a shame because I would be asking for minus star ranking.

had this service for many years now, they have always been very approachable,
very good speeds, no dropouts. download speed of 47 Mbps and upload speed of 17.23 Mbps.
very fast, very reliable, very affordable. recommend them all day long.

Unable to contact support department

My internet has been cutting out periodically after ~10 minutes for 30 seconds to a minute each time.

I have attempted to call their customer support link 4 times now, each time I get met with complete silence after their automated routing tries to connect me to a person. Really was not expecting this, I have heard their customer support is great, kind of shoked by this.

Internode has patiently stood by me through an onslaught by hundreds of phishing emails, has found the cause, has guided me through setting up the replacement password. I rate it no. 1, for quality of service and staff. My Internode ADSL-NBN has been problem-free from setup 2 years ago. My late partner and I have been satisfied with Internode/iiNet for more than 25 years, and found no reason to change.

They used to be good, now I didn't even get a reply to a sent message

Our broadband connection used to good excellent. As of recent time there were numerous dropouts as well as long periods of time where we had no internet. Spoke to numerous people on the phone, had techs come out. Nothing was fixed. I wasted a lot of time. I ended up changing to another provider. I also sent them an email I never received a reply to. Ontop of this I was still being charged a full rate for a service I was not receiving. I was also told the dropouts were due to my modem. I subsequently bought a new one and it still didn't fix the problem. I rated two stars as it used to be good.

Poor network routing

Since TPG have bought they do things like routing via japan for us routes. I passed this feedback on before I left but it fell of deaf ears. Sad as internode still have some very good staff.

I highly recommend aussie broadband for a network and support that internode had 10 years ago.

Internode only start to listen after TIO is involved

Internode is not the same after TPG take over.

DNS randomly fail to work.
Usage report is delayed or not available.
PING time to US site become very slow (it is TPG now)

What worst is when I call Internode billing to tell them to cancel my plan, the guys keep telling me to pay for two more months service fee.

Once TIO is involved, no more nonsense.....

Dropouts occur mainly in the peak periods, otherwise we don't have any issues.
When we were setting up the system there were a few questions I had for tech support. The issues were dealt with promptly and in a very professional manner, using simply languages helped me to understand what I needed to do.
