Glacially slow 'service'
I've been with Internode for years and up until moving 20 months ago I was happy with their service. On that occasion it took Internode 3 weeks to get me connected with NodePhone. I thought that was a once off poor service experience, however I have just moved again and, once again, it took Internode 3 weeks to deal with the changeover. I was without phone or internet during this time on both occasions. To make matters worse their communication during this time was terrible and they wasted huge amounts of my time having to follow them up. ...They also insisted I be on premises for 6 hours one day for a technician to gain access. No one arrived and no communication was received. You would think a telecommunication company should excel at customer communication. Unfortunately once my NodePhone was connected at my previous premises it was not reliable. The phone regularly didn't work for outgoing or incoming calls. Sometimes this coincided with with not having internet service either. Based on everyone else I know having loved their NodePhone product I'm giving it another chance but I've changed brands of Router (had Billion, now FritzBox) and am hoping for better service this time. I've also had to deal with the unpleasantness of arguing with Internode about charges incurred while being without any service for three weeks. This was another 50 minute phone call to them. In summary I wished I'd changed companies as paying Internode now feels like rewarding them for glacially slow disrespectful service.
