Shocking. Parcel one week late so far

Have been told delivery could happen cause business was closed (it’s open 24/7), then it was because duties were to be paid, and today I have a bill because the box was a different size…no way, I used a standard box from Bunnings. So far this 25kg box has cost over $500 and it still hasn’t been delivered. Only contact is by phone at $5 per minute, and in London the receiver is paying 5pounds a minute. Show details

Send a parcel to my customer through them paid what they asked for it and then 1 month later they send me another $22 invoice hardly fees for 11 kg item. Respect your time and money and stay away from them. Show details

I'm having a similar experience to many other reviewers

A good first experience that is becoming regularly poor. I've used Interparcel a number of times and now am questioning their relationship with couriers and communications as parcel pickups are continually missed and customer service are powerless to effect any change with couriers. Are courier company's relegating third party bookings to the back of the queue? You might be better off paying a little more and going directly through the couriers - I seemed to have had better experiences when I've done this. Terribly poor service with Interparcel when a booking is made with 5 days notice and still can't be picked up on due date. And then cannot be prioritised for a pickup the next day. Show details

Initial positive experience that soured quickly

We were initially super stoked to discover Interparcel. We have a high volume freight facility and directly integrate with many couriers, but use services like interparcel for unusual freight or low volume freight partners. Our first few bookings were seamless, and I was impressed by interactions with their team. However, this seemed to change quite quickly once we hit our first major "trouble freight.". While still being friendly on the phone, there is never any follow-up, people don't call back when they promise, and they don't reply to emails. We were promised a partial refund, but they seem to be playing the "go so slowly game that the client will eventually forget and go away.". Show details

Don't use interparcel

I sent a parcel to Italy and they returned it to sender even though I was there myself and I had given address and local phone number that nobody called. Then they wanted $750 for the return freight charge. When I told them I was in Italy to recieve my parcel they turned around and said they could do nothing. Book direct with the carriers and avoid this company. Totally useless Show details

Unreliable collections - up to 5 days late for collection

On several occasions we have tried to use Interparcel but the courier doesn't show up to collect the parcel. On some occasions the courier was 5 days late in collecting the parcel. When I called to ask about the delay basically the receptionist said it is in the terms and conditions that pick up is not guaranteed. Show details

Absolutely horrific, worst experience in years !!!!!!!!!!!!

We booked a parcel from New Zealand to South Africa, not a cheap exercise, almost $500 !! But the worst is, they took our money and TWO DAYS LATER and the package has not even been picked up and that after numerous e-mails and phone calls !!! I called every 15 minutes from 9am to listen to their voicemail telling me their offices are closed and to call after 9am .... I gave up after 11am and sent an e-mail to the Australian e-mail address ! NEVER AGAIN, will formally request a refund in the morning, very curious to know how long that is going to take !!! Show details

Damaged goods during transit

Had 2 front fenders in near new condition (verified by seller with photos) delivered damaged and utterly useless, not even a panel beater would touch them (I asked a few).
Refused to rectify and given same old scripted response to avoid responsibility all the way up the ladder.
Don't even consider it! Take your money elsewhere. Pay a little more now but save so much in the long run. Show details

They own the issues

I am a small business and use interparcel for my courier service needs as they provide very competitive and comparable rates for Australia and New Zealand.

Courier lost parcel and Interparcel refused to refund the delivery charges

Interparcel advised that my parcel for my customer was lost by the courier, yet Interparcel refused to refund me for the delivery charges. I had to jump through many hoops and send many emails and remind them that failure to supply a service, means I'm entitled to a refund!
After much unnecessary stress and continual communication back and forth, they finally reluctantly agreed to a refund. Refund still wasn't received 6 weeks later (which I was advised would take 24 to 48 hours to process). Terrible time wasters for providing no service! Show details

Unfair fee charge

I booked a pick up last Friday (30th July) but the driver didn't come, so I asked another pick up and 5mins later I got an email from interparcel asking for futile fee as the driver marked my pick up as: "No Goods To Go", this is completely a lie as he didn't come at all, and interparcel ask me to prove that something that someone didn't do!!!! This is joke. Fortunately, I have my CCTV footage that can prove the liar didn't come. Show details

Do not trust these people

Today i got an email telling me i owed them another amount for a parcel i sent in good faith. I weighed the item on my scales, as i always do and there has never been a question about it. No it seems one of their carriers has said the item was heavier that i stated and they want to rip me off of some crazy amount. I have used these people for years and never had a problem, now all of a sudden i am told i owe them money. I have used them too many times to mention to send golf clubs and have always used the same method and never a question, now im told a certain carrier has said they were heavier than i stated, no explanation, just pay up or else. Interparcel you have gone down hill if this is the way you treat good customers. Show details

Crap service

The crappiest service ever, after a week of trying to get my parcel picked up i rebooked it for the next week cause i was busy so they turned up the next day as i was on my way out for the day, obviously no communication between office and staff, the driver was rude and ignorant and i and everyone i know and everyone i've told will never use this company again. Show details

Customer service is horrible, it is handballed from one person to the next. They have no control over their couriers, and their insurance means nothing. I've seen it all, overcharge on credit card without notice, and excess billing charges they can't even explain. Show details

Interparcel organised for pickup on 2.3.2022. Still was not picked up by 7.3.2022. Contacted Interpacel, who rebooked it on 7.3.2022. Called interparcel 8.3.2022 as still not collected. Spoke with another person, who rebooked it for pickup 9.3.2022. Not collected. Spoke again and it was rebooked for 10.3.2022. Still not collected. Gave up and used Australia Post which was not only cheaper, but it arrived the very next day. Show details

Incredibly slow and as expensive as AusPost

The item was supposed to arrive a week later. It has been 8 days and it hasn’t even left Australia yet. I could not recommend more that you avoid these people at all costs. I though I was shipping with DHL, Instead couriers please picked up my item and USPS are delivering. Avoid!!! Show details
