Timeframes are not correct.
Ordered curtains that quoted a 2 week timeframe on their website - after the 2 weeks I emailed to followup my order to be told it would be another week. I was unimpressed and emailed the owner who had a staff member call me to tell me they think it is an acceptable timeframe. The staff member said their website didn't quote that - until I sent the screenshot.
I could have ordered, and had this already from another company if the time frames were truthful and accurate.
I've cancelled my order. What a waste of time.

High quality, beautiful curtains!
We recently purchased blockout curtains and sheers through iseekblinds and we couldn't be happier with the end result. They look beautiful and of high quality and provide our room with insulation properties for both summer and winter. Being that we live in Tasmania and our home faces dues north, insulation against cold winter nights and hot summer sun is of highest importance.
Installation was fairly easy and the online videos are of great help.
I had one small issue post-purchase but that was sorted without any fuss as soon as I contacted the store.
I would definitely purchase through iseekblinds again, and may well be doing so in the near future.

Very happy with blind and curtains received
We purchased a very long blind for stairwell and two curtains for a guest bedroom. The website was easy to use, the owner has prepared lots of helpful videos and obviously loves what he does ! Communication was great. Very happy with result .. good quality.

Horrible experience
We had previously ordered plantation shutters twice from I Seek with no issues at all, always recommended this company for their fantastic service, delivery, and high quality products. This order (over $5000.00) was a total disaster, the order was delayed, then arrived broken and with a missing box. Quality products
The blinds were produced with no defects. They fitted perfectly. I bought the motorized blinds and the motors' batteries were fully charged so that once installed they worked immediately. There were a lot of instruction videos available on the web site to make installation easier.

Temporary Blinds
I purchased 5 boxes of the temporary blinds. After installing them, at least half started falling off within 24hrs. The rest followed with in days.
The alcohol wipes that were supplied to clean the window frames were mostly dry. They are not easy to put up every day. The size doesn't suit most windows so multiple blinds are needed making it even harder to fold them up each day.
Probably just best to buy cheap material to use that can be cut to suit individual windows.
Don't waste your time or money.

Great look, great presale service, easy to install.... Only one issue.
iSeek were awesome helping my partner out getting a whole house of roller blinds, some with pelmets, measured up (the videos were great) late last year. 26 windows all up. The build quality is good, the delivery was prompt and the install was easy.
In this heat of summer though, one problem was discovered. The roll of the material on the largest of blinds appeared to slip on one side. Read more Firstly, we apologise for not responding to your initial email before you attempted to realign your blind. Our customer service team are on hand Monday to Friday to answer any questions, and we’re sorry they weren’t able to get in touch early enough for you. When we manufacture roller blinds, we follow a proven and acceptable way of attaching the fabric to the tube using a special double sided tape. To achieve a strong hold we cut the fabric approximately 250mm to 300mm longer than the operating drop ordered. This means that the fabric is still wrapped around the tube a few times, even when the blind is at its bottom limit, and holds tight. Where this comes unstuck (pardon the pun), is when the blind is rolled down passed its measured bottom limit and the tube is exposed. Not having the wrap around the tube to hold it in place can cause the fabric to slip from one end, as you have indicated, and can then fall off. To prevent this from happening, and to warn the user they are going too far, we supply stop balls which are to be fitted to the chain. These stop balls are a physical barrier and will prevent the blind being rolled down passed its bottom limit. These stop balls are an important part of the installation process particularly with outside mount blinds (where you don’t have a sill for the fabric to hit and warn you that you have gone too far). We realise you attempted unrolling the blind to address the misalignment. This can sometimes occur, and we do have set instructions available to our customers on how to amend this should it happen. It is an easy fix and one which can be managed without unrolling the blind all the way. We would welcome the chance to check your blind, and reattach the fabric back to the tube should you wish. Alternatively, we will happily remake the blind for you at no extra cost. We will be in touch privately to ensure we reach an outcome you’re satisfied with. Worst company to deal with
Worst company to deal with Seriously. Don't order anything from them. They delivered wrong blinds even after several phone calls to make sure they deliver a particular material blind they had but not from this year. They said they still have that material blinds and advice to order online. I did. spoke with them multiple times as well but still they delivered the wrong one. And worst thing is that when i called them to inform that i got the wrong one, they even didn't apologies and simply said we will order the one you want and they didn't gave...

Transformed my room
Recently did my living/tv room with the Bali Snow sheers and they have transformed my room. This was the one room in my house I never felt was quite right and didn’t feel it was so inviting. It’s also north facing and we had a roller blind but it gets stinking hot. These sheers take the edge off the sun without needing to drop the roller blind that we have also. The room feels so much bigger and brighter and lighter - it’s so inviting. It just glows. Photos don’t do it justice because it’s so bright they go dark.

Motorized blinds
After motorized blinds ordered i was extremely happy with service , website , blind quality , when i went to order more some months later they no longer keep the simple one remote for each blind which was considerably cheaper than the new multi-remote that works multiple blinds .. They dont seem to under stand that this remote is useless if you have remote blinds in multiple rooms , bedrooms etc and you are now forced to to pay 3 times more for a multi remote that will work just one blind ... I went elsewhere for my next order .

The decision was made to delist this product as the majority of our customers were opting for the 15 channel remote and we believe that this option offers far more flexibility than the single channel. The single channel remote control was only marginally cheaper than the 15 channel remote around $10 (not 3 times less) - And for an additional $10, we believe the 15 channel remote offers better value, particularly for customers ordering double motorised blinds, dual control linked blinds or multiple blinds in the one room. In addition, with the accelerating uptake of smart home devices and the ability to easily integrate your blinds, the remote control in time will become more about the initial set up for easy programming of all blinds /pairing the motors (and a handy back up) instead of actually controlling them on a daily basis. Worth the buy
From ordering on line to delivery was great. Even had a question or two and I received prompt assistance via email. By far it was worth the savings I made by ordering on line and installing myself. Not being the best handyman, we did find a little difficulty installing but we got there in the end.

Great product and quick delivery
We ordered the filter out blinds. They arrived quickly and were easy to install- the video link was a great idea! My only disappointment is that the double blinds don't come with bracket covers. Otherwise, very happy with price and product.

From instructions to measure and then order. It was easy. Fitting the blinds was even easier. My only comment is with no pelmet option for double outside fitted blinds. They still look good but would look even better with pelmet.

The plantation shutters look great. Unfortunately 2 out of the 3 shutters installed dont close properly as the magnet latch has been rebated to deep at time of manufacturing and wont make contact with the metal.

Absolutely love our motorised roller blinds
We measured up and ordered sunscreens and blockouts for two large sliding door / window combinations - the sunscreens recessed and the blockouts with pelmets and motors. We cannot speak highly enough of iseekblinds, the staff are wonderful, and Michael is a gem. We are so glad we spoke to Michael before placing our order as he saved us from making a couple of big mistakes. We are very happy with the look of our windows now, and feel pleased with ourselves when we press the remote and up go our blockouts! How is that for a bit of luxury.We also thought the cost was reasonable. We would recommend iseekblinds to everyone.

Purchased paper blinds, paid good price for bad quality stuff. Quality of paper used was very bad. Would not recommend anyone to buy at least this.

Hi, I have more of a suggestion than a question. I have had a number of orders for Shutters, and all have been fantastic, and they look GREAT. However my suggestions would be, that for long drop shutters during delivery the frames should not be joined at the corners with the Hoffman keys inserted. During transport the larger packing boxes flex and break out the Hoffman keys. Luckily with mine the Hoffman keys had just enough bite to hold the frame until I screwed the frame in. Just a thought for Quality Control. Cheers John

It does help to keep the components for a single panel in one box, but I totally understand your point and the last thing anybody wants is for the shutter to arrive damaged.

Great products and service. I installed two motorised blinds and trying to pair to remote. Following youtube instructions which are excellent. However after selecting a channel on the remote and holding down P1 on blind motor I get the exact response from motor as per instructions. blind drives down/up stops and beeps. When I then press and hold the stop button to pair the remote to channel one I get no response at all. Same as for blind 2...no response except the initial response from the motor after holding down P1.
What could be the issue. Could it be the remote? Are the motors relying on wifi which the modem is approx 15-20 metres away. Or am I doing something wrong.

You need to direct this question to Michael at iseek. I am just a customer.
All sorted....Tried everything so looked up the website who manufactures the remote. Updated (instructions online) the mode of the remote and after that it started talking to the blind motor.
