Great little machine. Had for 12 months and no issues at all.
Coffee great, heating quite fast and clean same as others. Hot water outlet ok for a few cups but that's about it. Steaming wand little hard to clean but water soaking helps a lot.
    Would by again.
    Matt.

Does the hot water or coffee come into contact with any rubber or silicon or plastic parts / seal ?

I am looking for a machine that the hot water doesn't contact any of the listed parts

    Hi Caz,
Has it previously been working ok? If so, have you topped up the water tank recently? If water is low, the spring loaded pressure switch under the tank will activate.

No never been working, it's new. I can get steam out but nothing from the coffee side. I have followed the instruction and watched one video on YouTube but can't get mine working.?.

I have just purchased a Zaffiro and I am enjoying my coffee immensely. Could someone give me some advice on how to 'properly' froth my milk? I agree with a previous reviewer that the steam pressure is very strong.

If you're using a 1 cup jug only turn the steam knob on about two-thirds or three-quarters. Keep the steam wand tip just under the milk surface at an angle so you are sucking some air into the milk to texture it. The first 15 to 20 seconds are critical in positioning the wand so it will take some practice. Only use quite cold (5 degrees C) milk and 'full-cream' if possible. If you have bubbles on the milk surfaced give the full jug a few jolts onto the bench top then a few swirls around to get a glossy sheen on the milk surface.
