Unresponsive and rude
I did not have a good experience with this company or Claims Officer. I found her rude and she made me feel like I was an inconvenience. My claim is still ongoing.
Problems were caused by my original contact with my insurer's claim department when I was given the incorrect information. Veronica put up with my frustrations and answered my emails promptly and efficiently. I would recommend them
Quick service - during a stressful insurance claim
Happy with the IVAA Jewellery Claim Management, they have sorted and finalised my claim for the jewellery portion of my insurance claim. This is such good service, as I am still waiting for my insurance company to make contact with me in regard to all my other household items. What was a stressful situation has been made a lot more bearable thanks to their prompt service. Good job Donna!
Hi , I’m just wondering why is there an option for “cash setttlement” on the page where I had to describe verify my stolen item but when I spoke to the girl that I was dealing with she told me there isn’t an option for cash settlement?
I was devastated that I lost a very personal and valuable piece of jewellery. IVAA smoothed the pathway with replacement insurance and I am thrilled to have my chosen jeweller remaking my treasure.
Lost wedding ring
IVAA together with Angela were most helpful and efficient in processing my claim. I thank them. The had been on my finger for the last 48 years until it had to be removed after an accident.
I found the overall experience to be professional and executed well by Andrew. As we had been robbed recently and felt quite disillusioned, it was lovely to be treated like a valued customer.
I have never claimed for the loss of jewellery before, this company was referred by my bank. They were very prompt & I was very slow with the whole procedure, I had to draw the jewellery that got stolen & once that was done my claim then moved along very quickly. They recommended jewellers for replacement pieces, I made my suggestions of having my own jeweller provide my pieces & within a couple of days I had the claim sorted between both parties & finalised on final price. I VAA were extremely patient & empathetic with me during a time of illn...ess & at times angry at the fact I'd been robbed right under my nose by a contractor on my property with no proof they done this dirty deed & get to leave my property with my property. Thank you for your guidance & leading me through a maze I've never been down.
Several months ago I lost a diamond engagement ring, 2 wedding bands, long gold chain, fancy gold/diamond cross, diamond & pink sapphire dress ring and a tourmaline dress ring... and unfortunately IVAA use a no so reputable jeweler who is known in the area for discounting items for IVAA to attempt to obtain the business. I have had numerous heated phone calls with both IVAA and Westpac to no avail. They cannot see how the jeweler undercuts everyone else to obtain the business. I have asked 4 other jewelers who state that they cannot replace the...se items for the Dollar amount that this jeweler provided. They say they will loose money. He himself told me he has an association with IVAA to give them cheap quotes. Im currently in the process to make formal complaints to the Ombudsman regarding this behaviour.

Hi there. Do IVAA settle in cash payment so a customer can choose where to go or how to replace an item or does it have to be through a jeweller with IVAA conducting the payment/transfer?
