Alta fitness tracker watch bought from Smartware. Instructions require magnifying glass to read. Says you need to charge using USB. USB not provided and absolutely nowhere it could be plugged into the watch. Have contact company twice by phone. No response. Maybe there is some way to actually make this fitness tracker work, but without adequate instructions, parts or advice from Smartware, it's completely useless. Do NOT purchase. I will be report company to NSW Fair Trading.
